I would definitly see a doctor for the increased heart beat. Ice your wrist and take it easy for a little bit. Im just 13 so my opinion might not be as reliable as a real doctor
sounds like you could have repetitive strain injury
use tubi grip on your arm, take ibuprofen and see a doctor.
I have a similar problem and I'd recommend that you go to the doctor as soon as possible. I left it and now have a recurring problem that flares up whenever I use a laptop or write a lot (which is pretty annoying when I have to do coursework and exams).
You've probably damaged your tendon. The doctor should give you some pain killers and I'd recommend one of those elasticated tube support bandages for your wrist. And obviously, try not to use your hand unless you need to (easier said than done, I know).
can be the start of carpal tunnel or tendinitis.. you should checkout these wrist wraps I got for guitar playing.. that was causing the same problem... the help a bunch and not just with guitar playing.. my sister has been using them also for her wrist pain for cutting hair... and it will prob help your problem.. the site is www.newgrip.com/musician.html
hope that helps! I think they offer a money back guarantee..
Could be carpal tunnel syndrome.. but that don't explain chest pain. I'd see a doctor.
