Add one cup vinegar to a hot tub, soak 20 mins. Let water out first, turn over on hands & knees & crawl out. Gentle massage with pain-relieving cream will also ease pain. Don't sit with legs straight out. Try a rolled towel behind knees. Sleep with a pillow between knees & ankles.
Always bend knees when bending over (brushing teeth, washing at the basin, etc.). Careful getting out of car. |
