I think chewing gum does! lol
It would, depends on how much stress your taking in?!
Stop stressing out. Try to relax.
I am going to have a baby in the end of the month and I am stressing out too! I am in a lot of pain. But, I am so not ready with my bills, need a car seat, I quit work next week! Money problems. Trying to keep things clean, Um mm. Oh and I fell down at my brothers house and I can hardly walk now! And my boyfriends grandma died and he's being a recovering.
Try to take it in. And try to somehow over come your stress. I think if you have a good friend there at home, talk to them and see if they would be able to help? It's always nice to tell someone and able to help you someway! I wish you luck and I hope you get better soon! :D |

Yes!
The more stressed you are the more you clench your jaw. You do not even know you are doing that, then you can get headaches from clenching your jaw which adds to your stresses. Relaxing your jaw muscles is harder than it sounds, being aware of it helps you figure out how to relax the jaw a little though. |

If you're stressed before you go to sleep you may grit your teeth while sleeping causing jaw pain. |

It could...While you sleep you might be gritting your teeth together---or clinching them.
There are mouth guards which you can wear during the night...They supposedly help you not to clench, etc. your teeth.
And remember...you aren't the only one. :~) We all get stressed out at times too. It definitely isn't fun!!
Every once in a while we all just need to lean back, take a breath and smile.
Here's to wishing you a relaxing day!! Good luck and Merry Christmas... :~) |

A lot of people grind their teeth or clench their jaws when they are stressed. Don't let the pressure get to you, and relax your body. Get a stress ball to squeeze if you need something to take out your frustrations on, just don't hurt yourself! If it hurts a lot then pop a few Advil, and you'll be back to normal soon. |

If you're gritting your teeth out of stress, this might cause your jaw to hurt. |
