Yes they can but it's very rare ...
It's between 1-2% of Breast cancer cases
And is mostly detected in 60-70 year olds
With lumps normally in the nipple area
... But if you have a problem just go to the doctor .. To put your mind at rest =] |

Yes, but it causes lumps, not pain, especially not after working out. Pain after working out is generally caused by......wait for it.........working out.
Anything that hurts both pecs can't really be cancer if you think about it - you would have to have two cancers. Pretty big coincidence. |

Yes they can. If you work out, of course your muscles are going to hurt. If you have no lumps, you're fine! |

Yes men can get breast cancer, but it's rare; fewer than 1% of all those diagnosed with breast cancer are male.
Most men diagnosed with breast cancer are over 60; through breast cancer support networks I've met a very few in their 50s and late 40s, but that's rare.
I see from another question that you're 17; your chances of breast cancer are nil.
80% of all people diagnosed with breast cancer are over 50. It's rare in women under 40, fewer than 0.1% of women diagnosed are under 30, and it's almost unheard of in women under 25s
That's how rare it is in young women, and men make up less than 1% of all those diagnosed with breast cancer.
The youngest man ever to be diagnosed with breast cancer was 24; his case made international news because he was the youngest by several years, anywhere in the world.
And you don't have any symptoms of breast cancer - what you describe is muscular pain |

Yes they can, about 1% of breast cancers occur in men.
A with women, this is overwhealmingly a disease of the over 50's.
Breast cancer is normally painless in early stages.
If your pecs hurt after a workout this is almost certainly due to muscle fatigue or strain. |

Men are able to get breast cancer. It's less likely, but just as serious as breast cancer for women. |
