try to eat 6 times a day...it will probably work...

protein shakes will bulk you up real fast. eggs. chicken.. etc.

or you can do what charleze theron did when she had to gain massive weight for a role in the movie "Monster" she lived on a diet of Krispy Kreme donuts

Straight up McDonalds and Starbucks. A latte from Starbucks could have 800-1000 calories itself while the food from McDonalds meals (ex: Big Mac French Fries and Soda) will be about 1600 Calories. AND THATS ONLY ONE MEAL!

Why would you do that to yourself on purpose????

Starch!!!! You can either eat 2 tablespoons of corn starch everyday or you can eat starchy foods: mashed potatoes, fries, rice...etc. or you can drink protein shakes that should do the trick you'll be fat befoere you know it!!!

Carbs lots of cheese.

you need to not eat all the time but eat a lot like three times a day. that will slow your bodies metasolism down. eat lots of carbs before bed too

can I ask why you would want that? are you extremely underweight now and need to get healthy again?

Try the Twinkie Diet:

Slam down a box of Hostess Twinkies and a six-pack of Budweiser beer a day. You'll be a fat slob in no time.

mcdonalds...duh. haha. doughnuts, sodas, and candy also help!

Don't forget NOT to exercise!

Eat more little meals instead of the normal 3 meal a day plan. Fit in any snacks in between but make sure it isn't too fattening.

Fatty and sugary foods and drinks - Pizzas, cakes, donuts, soft drinks,etc. Also, eat 5 - 6 times per day.

if you just have a fast metabolism. i suggest drink about 2 bottles of "Boost" or "ensure" a day. one after lunch and one after dinner. it gets me to gain weight and it has all the proteins in a complete meal.
