Cut out all sodas, energy drinks, coffee's. Drink allot of water and throw in some juice of additional vitamins. Eat three healthy meals a day with little snacks here and there (keeps your metabolism up) ! Exercise about twenty minutes a day.

drink lots of cold water, eat light low fat meals, and get a lot of cardio work...throw some resistance training in there too...muscle burns more calories than fat.

probably she should watch her salt intake that causes you to retain water and drink alot of water to wash out the inpuritys in the body and eat less fat suluable foods only eat about 1200 calories a day and eat healthy and eat alot of fiber helps the digestive system.

If there was an easy way than we would all be skinny....eat well and excercise, that is the only true effective way to lose weight...You can ask the doctor for diet pills such as Phentermine, but they are only a temporary fix, and when you quit taking them you will eat like a hog! But, they will help you take off the first 20 lbs or so.

ask your doctor and he tell you the best way ....

Look at the ingredients on the back of packages, cans and boxes of food - if sugar is in the first 7 ingredients, don't eat it! My doctor told me this in January, and I've lost 30 pounds! The first 20 pounds just 'fell off' - I'd say in about 2.5 weeks - try it!

Calorie controlled diet and exercise. Get her one of those counter things she can wear so she knows shes burning off more calories than taking in.

It all depends on her metabolism. If its slow it will be harder to loose weight. Plenty of fruit and veg along with usual food you would eat and walking once a day

tell her to throw up! lol i'm joking low carbs and excersise is the best way that i've lost weight

The quickest way that I've found is the atkins but its not good for you. Also slim fast. I lost 7 pounds in a week on that. Although i did cut corners. A shake for breakfast and lunch then for dinner a low fat meal. Including loads of exercise

Eat only when hungry and not more than thrice a day. Nothing other than water in between. Include plenty of uncooked vegetables and fruits in each meal, preferably 50%. Chew each morsel at least 32 times to activate ur body to generate signals of hunger/fullness. Obey these signals.

Take light exercises and brisk walks regularly preferably twice a day.

U will achieve what u have not even dreamt and that too in a reasonable time. Do not be in a hurry.
