The one I have been doing for sometime now is called Isagenix. It is a meal replacement. I do a 8oz shake in the morning and a 600 calorie lunch and another shake in the evening. The shakes take my appetite away and since I am also diabetic I dont take any shots or pills. I also exercise at the gym.

Take vitamins including minerals.

Take cortisol blockers and reduce the amount of food you eat.

Supplement with a good quality fish fat, omega 3s.


Now you can work out, many short workouts works best, and you won't get sore, mineral supplements, and your body will burn fat, fish fat.

You need to take a fish fat every day and over time your body will start to burn more fat. The minerals also take about 6 months for full effect but then its not so important to take them every day.

Eating less food is very important because eating too much does damage is many ways to your body, and 90% of people eat too much.

Eat foods low in fat, high in fiber, lots of protein, work out at least 30 minutes a day at least 5 days a week. I give myself the weekends to splurge and have sweet food or whatever I'm craving and it helps boost my metabolism. There was an article on netscape about it actually. Lastly, drink clear fluid...H2O instead of drinking juice. Eat fruit to get your vitamins. Juice is just filled with empty calories. Lastly, don't obsess about it, as stress can cuase you to keep weight on, and obsessing about it doesn' tmake it half as much fun when you finally lose it all. We're in this together right now. I've lost 8 pounds since the new year doing what I've just suggested to you. Good luck!

I have been drinking chinese Green Tea. I drink two cups per day. If you drink 3 per day they say you will lose weight without having to exercise.

Of course it goes to reason you should watch what you eat.

everything in moderation and exersize on a routine basis. i.e., monday wednesday and saturday you walk for 45 minutes, moderate pace. if you keep the same schedule and eat in moderation, the weight will come off. start at a slower pace and less time and increase if you need to.
stay away from fake sugar, i.e. splenda, aspartame ect. what people don't understand is that the chemicals in those drinks actually make you crave all the stuff that is either sugar or foods that metabolize as sugar, so many dont know that they are defeating the purpose.

Yes ,Sure, the very best way to Diet is to GO ON A NATURAL, but REDUCED DIET,reduce your INTAKE, to ONE,say, one slice of bread, one, boiled egg, one cup of Sugarless [email protected], Breakfast, stick to One Small helping of curry,minus the grease, or bread or Chapati/bread for lunch,one small piece of Fruit.At tea-time, a biscuit-sized biscuit, &unsweetened tea. You basically burn about 1500 calories a day just living. Diets just say, take in less calories a day than you burn and you'll lose weight.

While this works it's much more practicle to elevate your heart rate for just a few minutes a day. Not only will it lower cholesterol and weight, but it'll make you feel happier because of endorphins and a smoother resting heart rate.

Avoid any diet that limits you to only drinks/fruits/meats. Eat balanced and exercise. There's no magic to it.

yes im even on it right now what you do is pick out one day in the week to eat any and as much sweets as you want but for the rest of the week you excercise moderately increasing more excercize day by day and not eating any sweets on the days that you dont pick

Go by the food pyramid, its why its there and for some reason everyone but elementary kids have forgotten about it. If you go by the food pyramid and have 45 min a day of exercise you will be fit and healthy.

Drink coconut milk before every meal, it is a fruit fat that will lower cholestrol, and decrease your appetite, disallowing you to overeat...I lost 15 pounds in one month!

Also, coconut products have been shown to reduce heart disease...

south beach diet is excellent. my doctor recommended it and it has worked wonders for me. atkins is a nono, it deprives your body of carbs. it can cause brain damage because your brain can only run off carbs and not protein. south beach is my reccommendation.
