My daughter Kiera is 12 years old and weighs 295lbs, is that too much??? On a daily basis she will eat...

For Breakfast: 2 fried eggs, 2 slices of bacon, beans and 1 slice of toast.

 How can i lose atleast 30 pounds in 2 months?

I like any fruit with it but you can also try tomato slices. It's really good especially if you don't want something too sweet.

the only way I like it is with either apple butter or pineapples on top

yea well if your looking to gain some weight add some chicken or meat...but a fruit will work great to stay healthy.

some fresh fruit - or maybe some nuts or raisons! or even granola and fruit then it can be a " fruit and yogurt( cottage cheese) parfait"

raisons are a good add.
also peaches or some granola.

any kind of fruit tastes good with cottage cheese

It's an excellent post workout snack, it provides Calcium and protein to help repair the tiny tears created by weight lifting and helps you build the muscle faster.

Fruit or tomato would be a good addition too!

An easy snack to go with your cottage cheese is canned fruit, like peaches, apples or pineapple. If you can get fresh cantaloupe or honeydew those would be great too. Or if you like bananas you can slice them up and put them on the cottage cheese, bananas are really good for you too. I think that cottage cheese after a workout is a great snack.

peaches , bannanas, apples, grapes, raisens,mandarin, the list is endless I could do this all day

any fruit is good.

I add Pineapple to mine and a maraschino cherry.

Mix in fruit or raisins. Just make sure it's fresh. A type of berry is pretty good to mix.
Some people like coconut, but I think that's gross.

One of my fave post workout snacks too! I always put on top of canned peaches (or other fruit) w/wheat germ sprinkled. Or mix w/yogurt and add wheat germ. You can even add fresh fruit, yogurt, cott. chz & wheat germ and it's like a whole nutritious meal! My 6 yr. old son loves it too!
