 Whats the easiest way to GAIN weight?
My metabolism is a beast from hell!! i can eat anything, and never gain a pound. ITs really fustrating. How can i easily gain weight without having to over do myself?...

If I did that I'd lose my mind! How sick of Celery would you be after day 2?!

Starving yourself actually slows down your metabolism causing you to lose weight slower than if you dieted getting the proper nutrition and exercising. Also when you go on crash diets you put the weight back on way faster plus a couple extra pounds.

Depends on how much you weigh, etc. but I wouldn't suggest it, not having other things could make you pass out or worse. you need other things besides Celery and water. If you want to lose weight stick with the water and replace one meal with like a salad, with some grilled chicken, go for walks, dont eat greasy food and eat carbs but no so many.

That particular diet would kill you faster than not eating at all. Celery has almost no nutrition and primarily consists of non-soluble Fiber. Translation: Your body would burn more calories digesting it than it would give your body in return. This would speed the starvation process. You need to consume a minimum of 1000 calories a day to be healthy. Otherwise your body goes into starvation mode and starts digesting muscle tissue, making it harder to keep the weight off once you stop the diet.


The first Lbs you lose will just be water, not fat. After that your body will go into "starvation mode" and do just the opposite of what you are trying to accomplish. In starvation mode the body tries to conserve the fat as best it can. It is much more difficult to lose weight. You will wind up losing muscle instead. Besides, there isnt much to Celery anyway... it is mostly water itself.

U'd probably lose around 5-10 lbs. depending on your individual metabolism, if u exercise w/ it u may lose more than 10 lbs. but i must say this is a very unhealthy way to lose weight but no one can stop u if this is something u want to do one last word .... BE CAREFUL!!!

Starving yourself is actually worse for a diet. When your body doesn't get food every so many hours, it will go into starvation mode. It will begin holding fat that way it will have something to work off of later. To lose weight safely and continually, eat a balanced DINNER and a good BREAKFAST. Exercise at least 30 minutes a day. And no starving yourself. Good luck!

if you starve your self, what ever weight you DO lose (though it won't be much - you're better off eating five small meals a day, high protein, low cal if you want to lose weight) you'll gain it all back, AND THEN SOME when you start eating again. starvation is never effective!

well honey, you will lose around 10-15 lbs for a week because it take more calories to digest Celery than the Celery itself. But seriously, this is not a good diet because most of the weight you lose is water weight. Also, your body metabolism to shift to starvation mode to conserve energy which means your body metabolism will slow down. Therefore, when you return to your normal eating pattern, you will pretty much gain all your weight back so WHY GO THROUGH THIS FOR. It's only temporary.

You won't lose any weight, baucasue when you are malnourished, any calories that your body takes in will be stored as fat . Don't starve your self it turns out bad for everyone who tries it!

I think you would lose about 2 pounds of brain, about 3 inches of breast, causing them to drop south, but you will lose about 3 inches in fat rolls, 2inches off the thighs and your skin will be dry . I hope that cures your curiosity, miss hun; because if you cannot just cut back and add some exercise (works on the whole body- internal and external). Then you need to seek medical attention before starting any diet that may cause health to change. Curiosity killed the cat, feel me? Did I mention that you lose about 2 pounds of brain?

sounds like you are mad at the world, starveing yourself will only make you sicker with cold and germs, go on a high protein plan. lots of water and vit-c. stay away from salt and sugars one week meats the next veggies all greens , back and forth

Eat only when hungry and not more than thrice a day. Nothing other than water in between. Include plenty of uncooked vegetables and fruits in each meal, preferably 50%. Chew each morsel at least 32 times to activate ur body to generate signals of hunger/fullness. Obey these signals.

Take light exercises and brisk walks regularly preferably twice a day.

U will achieve what u have not even dreamt and that too in a reasonable time. Do not be in a hurry.

it would depend on your BMI and your normal diet.
it's a very unhealthy thing to do for yourself.
it would do more harm than help.

You want lose anything because your body will go into starvation mode and store every bit of fluid and fat and calories that it can!

Not the best idea, actually it isn't a good idea at all! You will make yourself sick, and you probably wont loose much weight at all, and if you do, you will gain it all back once you start eating again! just eat healthy and exercise that is the best thing to do!

probably about the same amount of weight you'll gain back once you start to eat..

It depends on your metabolism. However, I would suggest NOT doing this. You will loose valuable vitamins and minerals if you do. That is not a healthy way to lose weight. And besides, once you start eating again, you'll gain all that weight back, plus more.

Depending on how heavy you are, 5-10 pounds. You would be loosing water weight and its very unhealthy to try that.

You couldn't do it. And you shouldn't do it. If you starve your body it will begin hording every ounce of fat that you have. If you still don't feed your body, it will begin shutting down your internal organs and eating itself.

not healthy, you could suffer malnutrition, but you would indeed lose some pounds

about 2,000 brain cells. don't starve yourself. it's stupid.
