yes you definitely will. you ll loose with the consuming of 1500 calories or less to stabilize your weight is 2000 calories. and to gain weight is anything over 2000. |

you will starve. you need to be eating AT LEAST double that, and triple that would be more healthy. you're body cannot sustain itself on 600 Cal/day. If you continue this diet long enough you will die. |

Yes, but you won't be healthy.
You need to eat more to lose weight in a healthy way. Your body burns about a thousand calories a day to just in maintenance. If you eat less than a thousand calories your body goes into 'starvation' mode and tries to hold onto your fat stores for as long as possible because that's where the energy is.
Once the fat is gone your body will start to digest your muscle tissue. And your heart is muscle tissue just like your biceps.
If you are serious about losing weight, aim for a diet of about 1200 calories a day (most women can maintain their weight at about 1500-1700 calories a day). And work out. Defining your muscles will tone your body and will make you look leaner than just losing fat will. Of course to build muscle tissue you need to eat (ideally a diet high in complex carbohydrates and lean proteins, low simple carbohydrates)
Talk to a personal trainer or a nutritionist and set some goals. They will tell you how to achieve those goals in a healthy manner.
Hope this helps |

You might lose weight but you will be doing great harm to your body. Everyone needs a certain amount of calories to stay healthy and for the body to stay healthy. Please talk to your doctor before you go on a low calorie diet. He is the best one to give you this type of information.

yes, you will lose weight, but with that few calories you will also lose muscle tone, for a female your minimum caloric intake a day should be no less than 1000 calories, preferably 1200. Also eating so few calories will make it harder to stick to this restricted diet. |

Probably not!! a low daily caloric intake is about 1200 cal.
600 will probably slow your metabolism. |

I think you should eat as much as you want, just take a nice walk every day to burn it off :) |

that depends on your height. Generally if you eat less than 1000 calories a day you will lose weight but then hit a sudden stop. You're body will actually do into defensive mode and store weight instead. it is best to eat right at about 1000 calories if you want to maintain weight loss |

600 calories is NOT enough, your metabolism will most likely slow down and when you start eating normal again, the weight will come back FAST. You should only cut out about 500 calories a day from your normal intake, I would say don't go lower than 1200-1300 calories a day........you are going to starve yourself on that diet......1300 calories a day with exercise will show results. You have the right idea though with the 5 mini meals. |

Yes you probably will lose wait fast but it is not good for your heath if anything go to 12oo calories a day. That is more healthier for you. Good luck on losing weight |

You aren't eating enough! Your body will think it's starving and hord fat! Stay at 1500 a day and you will loose fast, but not starve your body! |

For awhile, yes, but your metabolism will also slow down since you are starving yourself caloriewise. So when you go back to normal eating, you'll gain weight faster. I'd go for at least 1200 a day, you should still lose weight. |

600 calories a day is too low, and might not be good for your body. Just eat healthy, and exercise, and you will loose weight gradually. |

i doubt you will lose the weight fast. and it's not just about what you eat. do you exercise? family history, metabolism, etc. |

Are you nuts, no , you will lose weight in a unhealthy way, you are suppose to eat at least twice that much of calories a day, a little more if you are active (walk, run, etc...). Your body will go through starvation by not eating enough calories per day, suggestion: eat healthy and twice the calories, excercise at least 30 mins a day is best thing. |

NO! Going that low on calories will put your body into "starvation mode" causing it to hang on to fat stores longer. Eating 5 small meals a day is great, especially if they are high in protein. Try to hit at least 1200 calories a day, make sure to drink 8 glasses of water and get moderate exercise 30 minutes a day at least 3X a week to safely lose 1-2Lbs a week. |

epends on your metabolism and weight/ height. I heard and beleive that anythin under 1100 calories a day will cause you to STORE calories more because your body think its starving, and will try to conserve those |

You will, but you will severely damage your metabolism in the process, and gain weight the second you eat more than 600 calories a day. Your body is in starvation mode, and the minute it gets any extra calories, it will convert them to fat. This is how our bodies are made to survive famine.
Eat several small, balanced meals a day, avoiding processed sugars and flour. Don't count calories. Exercise in moderation. This is the only way to loose weight healthfully. |

No, your body will go into starvation mode and your metabolism will shut down. You need to eat twice as many calories and add exercise. |
