take fat food items like......non-veg,egg,cheese, ghee etc., and drink 1 glass warm milk +honey + date syrup in night regulary.. it will make u fat and shine.......... |

eat all the best tasting foods!! eat chow fun..shrimp in butter and Garlic..white bread with tons of peanut butter..chinese food, fried rice, chocolate!!!, all flavors of ice cream..steak..cheesecake...u could also bulk up on milkshakes, ensure, protein bars, and protein shakes...eat anything u feel like..potato chips..brownies..cookies... |
