it is best to be the right weight for your height and age. it is not good to be to skinny or to fat for your age or height as you will then be unhealthy by overweight or underweight please check with a friend or family or your doctor, good luck and take care

take fat food items like......non-veg,egg,cheese, ghee etc., and drink 1 glass warm milk +honey + date syrup in night regulary.. it will make u fat and shine..........

This is sure short way to gain weight on a serious side eat 2 tsp of shatavar ( ayurvedic herb) you will get it easyly with milk daily and you will gain weight do not over eat it will harm you and your system

Eat like 6 Big Macs and eat as much fat as you can cram into your face. Order large popcorns with extra butter at the movie theater. Don't excercise unless you absolutely have to!

eat all the best tasting foods!! eat chow fun..shrimp in butter and Garlic..white bread with tons of peanut butter..chinese food, fried rice, chocolate!!!, all flavors of ice cream..steak..cheesecake...u could also bulk up on milkshakes, ensure, protein bars, and protein shakes...eat anything u feel like..potato chips..brownies..cookies...

Drink heavy cream, eat lots of gravy on buttered potatoes, eat cake with a lot of frosting, just eat a lot.
Your probably one of those people that can eat anything and won't gain. I'm I right.

Eat starchy foods while staying on Yahoo/Answers all day and night for exercise.

Drink alot of soda, eat at least 2 or more servings at each meal, and no exercise!

Its hard to lose once U gain sweetie..And think of al those who want a figure like urs!. :-)
And if u r reeeealyyy thin ie!..Consume lotsa ghee stuff..cheese butteh etc..
And yes...Consumption of starchy items wil help!
Wel..If U r just normal thin..Jus be happy!! :-)

Eat more food,but not items rich in fat,cholesterol as they will lead to obesity which inturn makes you liable to a variety of health problems. It also depends on age.If you are below 50,you can eat more sweets (non-milk sweets).
