How can I lose weight in 3 days? (Temporarily I understand!)?
If you have a few days to lose weight, how can this be achieved?I understand that any ideas will not be for long term effect, a few days only to fit into an outfit for an occasion?

The question is not, "How can I lose weight?", but more of why would you want to? Our society is way too concerned with being bone thin, and quite frankly, it looks just awful. Be yourself, accept yourself, and stop trying to be like the rest of them. I would wager you are beautiful just as you are.
As for the outfit, buy another.

The Cabbage diet! I lost about 12 lbs in 3 days, but you have to stick with it - the more soup you eat/drink the more weight you lose (temporarily). Only trouble is it starts like a tonic, becomes a medicine and then ends up feeling like poison. Take care if you drink alcohol within 48 hours - I ended up being very drunk indeed after just 2 glasses of wine!!

eat only soup and drinks lots of water..also eat only fruits and make urself a bowl of salad morning and afternoon..night time...pure fuits. this will do.

If you're on the pill, miss it for the next 3 days... you'll def lose fluid retention.

(don't forget to take other precautions though or this could have the reverse result ulimately.)

eat nothing but soup,and drink water. it will work been there done that.

Fruit diet. Only fruit, none dried, no juice and no bananas.

wear a trash bag to bed, take water pills, take that stuff that make's you go #2 real bad, liposuction works too!

run a lot and don't eat any solids. eat an energy bar (protein) in the morning to speed up your metabolism, and prevent you from fainting.

Try the british heart foundation website, they have a 3 day chemical diet. I know a few people that have tried this diet and they have lost upto 12lbs in that period. Also drink plenty of water, it can take away the hunger pangs. Good Luck

you can go in the sauna and get a cling film wrap!or u can do the juice fast that jordan did ive dun it and it seriously works!

An old friend was a wrestler and he could drop 10 lbs in three days. He told me he would eat ice cubes only and he wore one of those plastic flock lined training suits day and night. No extra workout other then his scheduled ones.This is not recommended unless you are already toned and in shape or you will end up in the hospital.

Just drink water

Ice chips are an alturnitive to water also helps with the need to crunch. Set a limit to athe amount of time your fast lasts then eat minimal meals. gl

I think you should eat fish and a salad for those days with an hour of exercise in the morning and at night,then you will really see the results.I have lost ten pounds by trying this.

You really can't do this without compromising your health... all of the suggestions posted already are actually dangerous. If you fast, your blood sugar could become dangerously low... if you take water pills or laxatives your could become serious dehydrated-- which can actually lead to heart failure.

Whatever occasion you're trying to starve yourself for isn't worth the potentia health risks
