Why is it hard for me to breath in my room. I wake up and my throat is all dried up.?

May be you should look into the ventilation system of your room. Or may be you are going down with a sore throat. Try for some home remedies for the sore throat. They are available at http://ailments.in/sorethroat.html

Try to get a good humidifier. They aren't that expensive.

You may not have enough relative humidity in the room, assuming you keep it clean and neat and clothes clean and tidy. In this case a humidifier can help your throat. It has helped mine when the room air is too dry.

Do you have ventilation problems. You might need a humidifier or just crack your window at night. ITS TOO DRY!

It may be that your room is to hot. try opening a window or turning on a fan. Also look into getting a humidifier. Get some moisture into the air of that room it will help.
