GIVE IT TIME AND FRESH AIR NEVER TRY AND COVOR IT UP WITH ABAND AID OR ANYTHING WEAR SHORTS TO EXPOSE YOUR LEGS TO THE AIR SO IT CAN HEAL AND DRY FASTER. ALSO APPLY ANTIBIOTIC ON IT YOU CAN FIND IT AT YOUR LOCAL DRUG STORE LIKE NEOSPORIN OR SOMTHING LIKE THAT TO MAKE IT HEAL FASTER AND TO PREVENT INFECTIONS BECUASE SINCE ITS AN OPEN SKIN GERMS CAN ATTACH ON EVERY EASILY.
GOOD LUCK AND TRY NOTTO TOUCH OR THINK ABOUT IT |

A milk bath really helps (not low fat but whole milk). I've tried it before when I had to do some research for my sunburn. So what I did was to put the milk in a bowl and with a small towel I gave me a sponge bath. I also read that plain yogurt is good so after the milk bath I used the yogurt like lotion (I was still in the shower doing this).
I also read that aloe vera (the plant) is good when you apply it to your skin. You can also buy something specially for sunburns in the drug store, but that has alcohol and it may irritate your skin. I used it before the milk bath, but it didn't really work or get rid of the pain I felt so I suggest the non-alcohol solution instead.
Make sure you drink plenty of water and keep your skin moisturized with unscented lotions, and next time you might want to consider using sunscreen continuously :(
Hope you feel better soon. |

Aloe Vera is the best remedy, although you may try spending less time in the sun and wear long clothing to eliminate irritation. Apply lotion constanly and periodicaly so the burns will heal quickly and efficiently. |

Take a very cold washcloth.
Make sure it is SUPER damp.
Barely any water.
Apply it to the spot.
Do this about 5 times. This will take some of the heat out.
Then lay in a cool dark room and put on Aloe Vera and take a nice nap :] Do this everyday you are there.
Put lots of sunscreen on It helps...obviously. Then if the Aloe Vera doesn't work, use Vinegar.
It will feel amazing :]

Don't use lotion it feels good but actually traps the heat in your skin, which can cause more skin damage. Aloe does help but the best thing for any minor burn is apple cider vinegar, dump it on a soft cloth or soak the body part that is burnt. You will smell like a salad but it really is relieving. I had a really horrible sun burn once and used it, I don't know what I would have not without it. It also works on burns from a stove or other hot object, its great! |
