You need antibiotics from your doctor to get the staph bacteria that causes it under control. Go see your doc and get on antibiotics.

Go to the doctor and tell he/she about it. tell him that ur really tired of having it and u need help! ask him for a good medication that is right for you & maybe he'll know some good tips on how to have a clear skin? theres also tons of websites that talks about acne..go find one! :) or ask ur friends how they keep their skin clear.

ProActive. Seriously. It helps. Maybe not entirely, but it really does help with the acne. But by the looks of you saying that you have tried practically everything, I am sure you have tried ProActive. Perhaps it would be a good idea to avoid all things that may trigger more acne. If all fails, I dare say it does not matter because people will love you for who you are. Hope this helps.

hey, obviously your at your last resort since nothing has ever worked.. and thats what it took from me so try it cuz what do you have to loose ?? well since i was like 10 ive had really bad bad breakouts of acne & my moms always said stop washing your face so much.. & of course i ignored her thats crazy that will make it worse, {so i used every product & home solution on earth...} but it took me till im 18 now !!! to listen.. maybe its just cuz we have the same genes but i swear not washing my face is the best thing ive ever done for my skin. i cant begin to imagine why.. except oils you need or something.. so i will make my face feel cleaner with water about once or twice a day, other then that you are totally over stimulating your skin bascilly, trying to hard so please just try this & dont wash your face, just clean it with water it worked for me my face is CLEAR like i never thought it would be.

&& for the first time in my life someone said i had nice skin.. after a sleepover ! i was SHOCKED. lol this coud be the solution to that life long problem of urs & its soo easy ; i kno how u feel , masks & EVERYTHING ELSE is a waste of time.. this is to easy but im not lieing ! i truley hope you do this & it works !

call me $tar for short

Don't eat or drink anything that could trigger acne, and just go through a couple weeks of cleansing your face completeley.if it doesn't work, see a dermatologist.

Sounds like you have " oily skin ". Try taking steambaths or saunas regularty, to clear out the pores. You need to do some heavy sweating.

Avoid touching your face. It may not help get rid of acne but it will prevent new ones.

My brother and best friend both suffered from chronic cystic acne and the only thing that helped either was Accutane. My best friend has been told she could do with a second round of it as well. It is a prescription pill from your dermatologist and requires a woman to also take a contraceptive pill at the same time (which actually can also help clear up your skin). Routine blood tests are also required to monitor your cholesterol. However, it does work! But you have to really com mitt to it and keep in good contact with your health care professionals while on it.

There is name brand and generic available.

me too!!
except i'm not that age yet.
but argh!!! it's crazy.

wash ur face w/ soap and use lemons after that (APPLY TO FACE)
do that for a week...ur acne should get smaller from acid.

sleeping more is essential, and even though this is not proven: drinking and smoking causes more acne to a raise.
GOOD LCUK!!

Have you tried going to an alternative doctor? The acne is due to an imbalance in your system, so once you get a handle on the cause the acne will clear up. Try a homeopath.

Try giving up meat. It's full of hormones which can contribute to your skin problems. Eat a healthy vegetarian diet and you'll get results.

Get Proactive it sure worked for me!

Or you can see your doctor and they have pills and cream to put you on and that works too.. best bet is to see your doctor because the mdeication would probably bee chaper than Proactive.

Hi Dreamz

Here are some real answers on skin conditions. Remedies at the bottom. Cleansing the body of toxins is the key. Especially a colon cleanse! Educate yourself on detoxifying the blood and removing excess waste from the body.

Judyth Reichenberg-Ullman N.D. - "What is your skin trying to tell you? Often the skin is a metaphor for deeper issues and a way for your body to send up a red flag to warn you that all is not well underneath. When our skin is unhealthy it is usually a reflection of the internal state of our bodies, and is often a sign of poor elimination of toxins and waste products. Most of us are embarrassed by skin problems such as rashes, rosacea, boils or acne, especially in places where others can see our imperfections. The skin is the body's first line of defense against the environment. It has to deal with the effects of weather, sun , cold, heat, dryness, humidity, scrapes, bumps, soaps, detergents, chemicals, perspiration and dirt of all kinds. It is a wonder that our skin stays healthy most of the time! We can help our skin deal with this onslaught by optimizing our general health and by protecting our skin from harsh environmental exposure. Western medicine generally treats skin eruptions with either antibiotics, cortisone, or antifungal preparations. These medicines may alleviate the skin problem temporarily, or occasionally for good, but do not address the source of the problem. Putting a lid on skin symptoms without getting to the root of the imbalance may even result in suppression, that means the imbalance may be driven deeper causing more serious health problems later without ever strengthening the underlying vital force of the person. Fortunately, naturopathic medicine offers a wide vareity of effective treatments for skin problems."

Judyth Reichenberg-Ullman N.D. - "Your skin is a reflection of how well your body is eliminating the toxins that build up on a daily basis. Chronic skin conditions such as acne, eczema and psoriasis stem from a combination of genetic factors, immune stress, dietary deficiencies or sensitivities, and the accumulation of toxins in the body. For our skin to be radiant and clear, it is very important that the other organs of elimination (kidneys, liver, lungs, and colon) are cleansing the body effectively. If not, the skin will be overtaxed, pores will become clogged, and eruptions of one sort or another will result. Here are a number of steps you can take to improve your body's overall elimination wtih specific emphasis on your skin."

Detoxification is a normal body process of eliminating or neutralizing toxins through the colon, liver, kidneys, lungs, lymph and skin. Juice Fasting is the world's most ancient and natural healing mechanism. Fasting triggers a truly wondrous cleansing process that reaches right down to each and every cell and tissue in the body.

Learn more about Therapeutic Fasting and Detoxification - Colon Cleansing is the main step. Must remove the toxins from the colon, so the toxins dont get in the blood and cause illness and disease.

Natural Cures

1. Fruits and Vegetables for Acne: Carrot & spinach, celery & watercress, grapefruit juices are all useful to combat acne.

2. Unwholesome Foods: Acne, a prevalent problem among teen-aged boys would not be possible in our society if our foods were wholesome. A most sad and disgusting sight is the pus-filled pimples due to inner toxicity --- wastes trying desperately to escape through the face. This condition often turns a gentle face in the blossom of youth into a waste dump of pimples, pus and subsequent pock marks which can be prevented. The tons of acne medications and prescriptions sold annually act only on the effect of the harmful food, and not the cause of the disease, malnutrition. The traditional teenage meal, a grease burger, french fries and a milk shake or cola simply does not provide enough nourishment for anyone, let alone a boy going through puberty to adulthood. Our highly processed foods are devoid of hormones found in fresh fruits, vegetables, grains, nuts and seeds. Must do a colon cleanse to rid of all the toxins in the body, which eventually get into the blood and cause acne and all other diseases.

3. Cabbage: Apply a lotion of freshly prepared cabbage juice preceded, if desired, by the application of leaves. The eating of cabbage leaves or juice is also helpful.

4. Lemon Juice: Skin problems such as acne... will often respond to a treatment of lemon juice. For blackheads rub lemon juice over them each night.

5. Black Walnut: Externally, Black Walnut is nearly a miracle worker in cases of ...acne, dandruff, boils, itch, shingles, ringworm--we could go on, but you can see that you can use Black Walnut whenever a skin disorder appears! The tincture is an excellent first-aid remedy for wounds.

Best of health to you

Get yourself checked for allergies. Common food allergies that may trigger acne are dairy products, gluten and artificial food flavours and colouring. Try soy milk & soy products instead. A lack of proper rest can lowers body resistance and can also trigger an outbreak. Exercising in fresh air helps oxygenate the blood. Some antibiotics can help clear the acne if due to infection. Ask your doctor. Never squeeze hard your pimples before they are 'ripe'. Ripening can be somewhat accelerated by using steamed towel (or towel saturated with hot water) and holding it against the effected area for a few minutes at a time. Continue for about 15 minutes per area. DON'T BURN YOURSELF! When ripe, only gently squeeze the blackhead out. Washing often with antiseptic soap helps stop the spread of infection. Good luck!
