i get really bad headaches, so i take a hot/warm shower. just let the water hit your head. automatically the pain goes away but you have to do it for a while to make the headache go away if you get out to soon you'll still have it. for some reason the hot/warm water alleviates the pressure in your head.
Rawleighs has a great product for headaches if you get that brand where you are from. Its got cloves and lavender as you rub it on you temples its fantastic for earache too.
