I am having really bad back pains today, and I don't know what to do?!?
I am only eleven, and I have my period right now. But I have been sleeping on my side every night that I've had my period. It's just a bad habbit when I do have it. But anyways, today the back pain kicked in from my back not getting the comfort it needs. I've tried resting it on the pillowing, laying on my front-side...and back...and still nothing. It aches really badly and my mom gave my Midol (about five minutes ago) saying that it'd make me feel better...and so far JUST PAIN! Anyone have any tips to make my back feel better? Please help! It hurts really bad and now I am getting a stomach ache!!
Aww poor you. :-(
You might feel better if you stretch and exercise but other than that your best bet is to take some tylenol or ibuprofen
Cerebal
it takes much longer than 5 minutes for it to work.

Take midol a menstrual pain relieving pill found in drug stores. consider in investing in a heating pad to put on your back. Do body exercises and stretches for your back daily. Especially before your cycle comes. The pain will reduce and occur less often if your back gradually increases strength. you dont have to use weights just floor exercise are good.
Visit your doctor if you still struggle with cramps.
Hope you feel alot better soon.

Try a heating pad and a nap along with the Midol. I always got more relief from Pamprin than Midol.

Try buttinga billow or hot pilow on ur back and rest and put a pillow between ur legs... and drink some water

The Midol will help soon enough, but maybe you should take a hot shower and let the hot water beat on your back. Maybe you can get a heating pad for the future. take a nap.
Good Luck-
