If you have time before you fall....sit down and put your head between your legs to get the blood back and breath deeply. Have some lucazade for energy that always helps me too.

HumanToe
sit down and put your head between your legs.....this will help the blood bring the oxygen to your brain. let someone know what it is going on so they can help, and sip water once you feel like you can. Do not try to stand up quickly.

Also, make sure you are getting enough to eat and drink.

SethSpeaks
Sit down and lean forward to get blood to your head.

Sit down and try to relax, put something cool on your face & squat down and put your head between your legs.

sit down.
well, i dunno if that will work because whenever i sit down i faint anyways. Just it's better to fall from a shorter distance i guess . Like whenever girls at school are mean to me and hit me in the head... i always faint. but usually i'm able to sit down first so that i don't fall and get brain damage.

it depends on why you're fainting. you could try taking some controled breaths, in through your nose and out through your mouth in a narrow steady stream. Otherwise all you can do is get close to the floor and protect your head

Ollie F
its hard to prevent it, but if someone has fainted, check there pulce every five mins and some how get blood to flow to there head.

deepblackninja

Chances are if you know you're about to faint, there's not enough time to do anything to prevent it. I used to feel faint a lot and I would usually try to breathe evenly, think about something else, or walking around seemed to help a lot. Sometimes it's all in the mind.

Remove yourself from the situation, think of something else, and let someone (even if it’s a stranger) know that you are feeling faint.
Know that if you still feel dizzy, light headed, or like fainting take a couple deep breaths to try and calm your nerves.
Put you head between your legs or lay down on your back with your legs slightly elevated. Remember to keep taking long breaths.
Drink something with calories and sugar (soda, juice etc.) or if you don’t have access to these things, drink water.
Learn that if you do end up fainting try to wait 15 – 20 minutes before trying to get up and returning to normal activities.

TipsFainting is commonly brought on by lack of blood flow to the brain.
It is mostly caused by standing up to fast, medications, or extreme emotions.
You should seek medical assistance if you have constant fainting spells

If you are driving when you start to feel faint pull over to a safe place.
If you have other symptoms – headache, back pain, chest pain, shortness of breath, abdominal pain, weakness, or loss of function seek medical help immediately.

Many people have been seriously injured fainting in the bathroom late at night. Probable causes are low blood pressure and for men the shutting down of the vagus nerve while urinating. Have a nightlight in bathroom, take it slow when getting out of bed and sit while using the toliet.

Magnetic resonance imaging (MRI), or nuclear magnetic resonance imaging (NMRI), is primarily a medical imaging technique most commonly used in radiology to visualize the structure and function of the body. It provides detailed images of the body in any plane. MRI provides much greater contrast between the different soft tissues of the body than computed tomography (CT) does, making it especially useful in neurological (brain).

PLease do MRI Scan.

thanks
