Need help with suicide thoughts!?
it seems like nobody cares about me.. i have little friends, or at least no good friends. my family doesnt even care about me. how do i get these suicide thoughts out of me. im close to doing it, but i dont think i ever could. so whats some things i can do to get these thoughts out of me??????????

ive had little friends all my life. you can not aexpect everyone to be a friend. there not a few friends are all you need. why would you want to kill yourself over that. take up some classes that your interested in and stop feeling sorry for yourself. if these thoughts stay with you seek professional help. or get interested in things your interested in. you will meet people with same likes.

It may seem like your family doesn't care about you, but they do and always will. Lots of people go through with this and have these thoughts, it's just a phase. If you committed suicide, you wouldn't just be ruining your life, but all of those around you and all of those who love you and care for you, and trust me... just because you don't seem to realize it, people care about you

you can always pray to God about things. he listens. even if you dont hear from him right away he is influencing you and he will help you. and things happen for a reason, but you've gotta trust that god can get you out of this mess and once you accept him into your heat everything will get better. you'll walk outside and see simple things like clouds or leaves and it will hi you that god made that ust for you to see on that particular day. dont loose hope, because even if you thnk nobody loves you, God does. i hope you consider becoming a christian, or if you already are, ou can renew your relationship with him.my favorite story is called footprints in the sand and i think it will help:

occupy yourself, more importantly your mind,,, fill it with other things...hobbie, interests....anything.. the more you dwell on this thoughts the more you'll feel down. when you feel down this effects your behaviour, this is when you may start to abuse your body.
do we see a pattern emerging here... thoughts like "no one cares about me"... leads to other thoughts ..."no one would miss me" you can control these thoughts... thoughts are thoughts.. they are not necessary correct or accurate ... we sometimes treat them as if these thoughts are true.... dont be fooled -they are not.

we trust our thoughts because they come from us... take control of them - not them control you! not everything is think is true or real. next time you have a thought ..take control of it! people do care about you.. you may not think you do... but they actually do!!

if you can control those thoughts soon you will start to feel better!

Try To Get Something That Will Keep You Busy Like A Sport Or Hobby or Maybe Even A Book, Something You Really Enjoy.

If I Would Ever Cry I Would Start Reading Twilight Series Because It Is Something I Really Enjoy and I Would Forget What My Problem Was. Don't Think Of Things Like That Though and Focus More On School. At My School There Are Popular People and Everyone Wants to Be There Best Friend. But Here's What I Think. Must Of Them Don't Get Really Good Grades and I Get Better Grades Then Them. They May Be Better Now But In The Future You Will Be More Successful Than Them and Have A Better Life.

Stop thinking only about yourself, and instead volunteer some of your time with the humane society or in the cancer ward at a hospital, or in an old-folks home. Take yourself out of yourself, and give a bit of yourself to others. Be of service instead of whining.

I when through the same thing. And what helped me was listening to music that made me feel like someone out there new what i was going through. Bands like Three Days Grace and Evanescence help a lot. get a new hobby or hobby's they are a great way to meet new people talk to some you can trust
and think..if you did...you would miss is out on so much right now your life may not so great but in the Future you never no will happen

I'm not sure how old you are but you should really talk to someone. A school counselor or some one like that. Always find some one to talk to.

well, first dnt do it! everyone has apurpose and u may have not just found yours yet. maybe try therapy, not being mean, loads of ppl take it. Sometimes it can really help you! i wish for you the best and goood luck.

Go to a counselor or seek medical help. I went to a counselor when it happened to me (depressing time) and it helped ALOT. Praying for you.

aww just have a few minoutes of silence and breath carmly even if it seems nobody wants you its not true evry body loves you go and speak to your family about it and im sure they will help

I feel the same way, I have no friends and no one really supports or cares about me. I have thought about the purpose of my life, but it's better to turn that energy into something positive. Show everyone that you are important! When i get really depressed I talk to a counselor or one of my teachers, it always makes me feel better to voice my thoughts. I know it's tough, i mean really tough, but if you can do something big later on, than you can show everyone that you are a worthy person!

Make some friends. I know how it feels to be secluded, but I know that there are people who would hurt if I was gone. I have thought about it in the past, but there's ALWAYS sun after the rain. You can IM me if you want to just talk. Please take care of yourself - it's never that bad to suffer in silence and then go away without anyone knowing what was wrong. Life isn't about impressing others.. its NOT about having more friends than someone.. or ANY friends.. I mean sometimes when you don't have friends when you're younger, you'll have more when you're older

You have so much to look forward to in life.. concentrate on school, and get good grades.. that way when you're older you can go to a good unniversity and get away from everyone in the town your in now, and make friends there... families may seem like they dont care about you, but honest to god, they do.. or they wouldn't have put up with you for the past however years.

Its just your head playing games with you.. be happy, live your life, explore new things, travel the world, ONLY make friends with people you trust and who trust you.. BE yourlsef cause YOU are the only person inlife that knows how you're feeling..

The fact that you're asking this question is a good start. Just get out and do things. Go to the park and watch the wildlife. Go ride a bike. Go to the beach. There are countless things you can do alone that will keep you in a good mood and away from those thoughts.

I'm similar tbf.
i'm very unliked at school and i have no idea why, i'm not a nasty person or whatever.

Just think, that their jealous of you, it's their loss. I'm sure your a lovely person.

i've thought about it myself, and i've even self harmed. But never would i actually do anything. I mean think of it that they're are people in the world who have no choice but to die because they are abused, or malnourished. Why give up your life? you have a right to live here try and enjoy the best of it. Think that you only live once and enjoy it to the full!

Join some sort of class; a dance class or something .This way you'll meet new people and gain new friends. As i said i don't have that many friends, and i don't do much so i'm rather unfit, but i'm not fat. Anyway half of my true friends are on the internet.

Take up something like yoga, that makes you more of a calm person, just do more stuff in your free time something to calm you down and make you peaceful, do what you most love. Just read a book, take a bath or whatever.

Of course your family care about you! they probably just aren't showing it in the best of ways. They're your family they will love you with all of their love. just remember that.

Look your probably a lovely person, and i'd be your friend (: think about the good parts of life, ignore the bad points in life. Stay as confident as you can, and you'll hopefully get the thoughts out of your head.

Whenever I get those feelings (which is quite a lot) I sit there and cry and cry sometimes ill go for a walk or just cry myself to sleep then i wake up and feel loads better!!

I'm sorry about your situation but realize things CAN get better. Some people need to go on antidepressants to even them out. you could have a chemical imbalance causing this deep sadness and feelings of despair. Perhaps you may just need to talk to someone.. a counsellor or therapist.. perhaps you'd like both. Whatever route you choose I sincerely hope you seek help immediately because nothing is worth taking your life over.. nothing.

You could contact a suicide help line. I would recommend making an appointment with a mental health facility in your area. But also, there are creative techniques that may help you deal with what you're feeling. My uncle has been suicidal alot throughout my life, but he draws a lot, and that seems to help him. He just draws whatever he's feeling at the time. Some people write poetry, songwriting, etc. However, if you're like me, and not really a creative type person, just do what I do. Invest in a punching bag. Beat the living daylights out of it, while you think of everything you're angry/depressed about. It helped me. However, every person is different, which is why you should definitely seek help from a counselor in your area. I know it sounds really cliche to tell you that you need to talk to someone about what's bothering you, but sometimes (believe it or not) it actually does help. Hope you feel better soon, and best wishes!
