Not cheerleading might be a successful approach that would save the wrist.

Otherwise, try a sledgehammer if you want to keep things simple but painful. Removing the entire hand can be performed rapidly with a bandsaw if you want extremes and lots of sympathy.

Sounds a bit drastic, I love cheerleaders! just say you don't wanna do it!

just wrap your wrist and say when you were practising at home you fell on it and it hurts so bad and that you dotn think you can keep up with it.

the only way??? really??? because just quitting usually works just as well.....and without the medical bills and the psych evaluation

you fool, you say i don't want to be a cheer leader. they can't force you, why even take up such a pitiful time wasting past time if it leads you to damage your self just to avoid it.
