YEAH!! Look at David Beckham and Ronaldo, there bones heal easily because of milk!!!
Didn't your parents tell you that you heal and prevent bone injury if you drink milk.? |

yes it does. |

It won't make it heal faster, since that rate is basically set by the body. But it will perhaps make it heal stronger and better. |

Hmm... it couldn't hurt. I'm not sure how much faster it would help if it does help it heal, but it would definitely help make your wrist stronger after it does heal because usually after someone breaks or fractures something, it becomes weaker. |

Taking extra calcium won't change the time it takes for the bones to knit together, so don't worry about it. Let nature take it's course.
Oh, and what you might hear about that spot being weakened forever after the break, is not true. It anything, because of the healing activity, it is actually stronger than before because your body lays down extra bone density to reinforce it. |

Protein to repair the surrounding tissue as well. |

No sadly it won't, you'd have to be taking it over months or years, depending on the person to get your bones to heal faster. |

This article says it does not help to take mega doses of calcium. There are other recommendation on how to help heal a bone faster.
In addition, green leafy vegetables have way more calcium than any milk product. |
