Uhm, YEA! Go right away. It can a) be dangarous and you don't want it to be too late for effective treatment if it gets worse. you don't know how this virus acts and b) it needs to be reported so they can keep track of the development of this virus. Plus c) it would be good to put your mind at rest |

Swine flu symptoms are almost identical to every other flu, and there are a lot of other conditions that cause those symptoms. So you can't know based on symptoms, only a lab test can confirm it. If you're really concerned about it, call your doctor. Thats what he's there for |

It would be a smart idea to go to the doctors just in case...
Although swine flu is just like a common stomach flu, but i would just to be safe. Hope it helped? [: |

The swine flu rarely kill. The only one it'll affect mostly unless you live in a poor state of environment is the young children, like really young even babies and the elderly, where the immune system is weaker or compromised. The swine flu is just an out of season cold. Your doctor can diagnose it with a swab test.
You should be fine, it's a REGULAR cold, really it is. The only way they can name it is because they found the strains related to others. Most colds can't even be named because they're different every time. But it can be contageous so call your doctor.
Even other regular colds like the swine flu can kill young children and the elderly at the best of times. It's rare but it's happened, such as with this. There have been reports of children falling very ill from a regular cold and even more rarely, dyeing of it because their immune systems were not strong enough to kill of the strong strands. Those who have died say in their 20's have been in mexico. There's a reason there's been deaths in there, because a lot places have poor living environments where the bacteria thrives off of, such as contaminated drinking water. |

You should just see how you go for know and if you get worse seek medical advice. The NHs is saying not to go into your GP at the moment due to the large number of cases.
So if you need treatment just go to the chemist and get some tamiflu.
If you need extra advice on your symptoms or on what to do the NHS has a helpline you can phone. They can also provide extra confirmation on whether or not you have swine flu.
