Refrain from eating anything potentially toxic such as beverages with caffeine in it, and milk. I'd recomment a soft vegetarian diet for a while, in order to clean out toxins, which is what the diarrhoea is doing for you. Things like melon, banana smoothie made with soy milk, rice, steamed veges, mashed potato, tofu. Dont eat toast because it isn't soft.
Other than that go to the doctor who might like to run a few tests on you.

Firstly, make sure you are keeping your fluids up as you will become dehydrated.
I would go and see a doctor. It could be any number of things
Food poisoning
Food allergy (especially if you have dove loped a rash or anything else with it)
Virus
Anxiety
Inflammation of your intestines
psrobi
Immodium AD - any drugstore
and lots of liquids.

Well my kids grandma is a doc, and she says sometimes these things just need to run their course. make sure you are getting plenty of fluids so you don't get dehydrated and you should follow the BRAT diet until it goes away.
B- Bananas
R- Rice
A- Apples/Applesauce
T- Toast
Good Luck! and if it gets too bad and you start to dehydrate then you should definitely see your doctor.

Sounds like you have a case of gastoenteritis which could be caused by a bacterium or a virus. The best thing you can do is to make sure you are hydrated and wait to see if it will run its course. Most cases will resolved themselves in 2-7 days. If not, then I would see a doctor. They will most likely take a stool culture to determine the cause of the diarrhea. If bacteria, then they will probably prescribe antibiotics.
