if you mean pulse it depends on age, if you me diastolic pressure than average is 80
mine is usually between 70 and 85 when not exercising.

I'm a runner and use a heart rate monitor for more efficient training. I see what my resting heart rate is and my maximum while I'm exercising. You wear a strap around your chest and the reading's on a watch. You could wear one through out the day it will record your lowest and highest.
depending on how fit you are, anything between 60-80ish is a good rate
normal resting resting heart rate is 60-100 bpm for adults. mine is around 60-65. your heart rate increases as the level of activity increases.
