yea you should go to the doctors just to be safe. you may have broken something. here is some advice: rub your hand or fingers in a circular formation over the places that are sore. if one or more hurt more than usual then you should go to the doctor. try not to use your sore spots TO dramatically in order not for it to become worse. hope you feel better! |

Yes, please go. You are probably fine, but it is better to get an examination. Go to a sports injury specialist if you can. |

That sounds painful. I'm sure you just knocked the breath out of yourself. I would not head to the doctor just yet. I would just take it really easy for the next week. I would opt out of P.E. for this time too(get your Mom to write a note). Keep advil on you for the pain. If the pain persists, then make the doctors appointment. Good luck. |

I did something like that and my mom (who is a nurse) told me that I didn't need to go to the doctors but i did bruise and or rip a muscle. Which does sound bad but at least I didn't need to go the doctors. |

Yes. Tell your parents to take you to the ER tonight. You have to check it out. Better to be safe than sorry - I always follow that rule. |

Sounds like you have sore muscles. Unless is gets worse or doesn't improve within a couple of days, I don't think the doc is necessary. |

i had this problem after i fell down the stairs. (im a major klutz)
I went to the doctor and you couldnt breath because you knocked the wind outta you.
Your sore because of the way your body turned and tensed up. its not a big deal just take it easy and if ur not feeling better in a few days then go in.
Good luck. feel betteR! |

I would think you would be sore..oh, boy, you poor girl. I don't think it is necessary to go to the DR, because what I think happened is you are all sore from tensing up from falling-your muscles are sore and righteously so. If you are still experiencing any kind of breathing problem-YES, go to the Dr. You didn't mention that so I am assuming you are not, but IF you do-GO. You will probably be sore for a few days...take Tylenol every 4 hours and a warm bath or shower to make yourself more comfortable...and feel better. |
