yeah that sounds like a personal problem but i'm pretty sure thats normal.

You have to be really stressed out to throw up, and gaging is normal but you gag directly from stress, not just all of the sudden.

Yeah it is. What you need to do is take 30-minute naps. (or anywhere from 20mins to 45mins)
After school is over, go home and lay down for a few minutes. Lower your heart rate. Take the stress off your joints. You'll feel so much better, and ready to focus on homework after this.

yeah sometimes stress will make you throw up. if it persists and your throwing up alot every other day then that isnt normal. mty friend threw up before the first time he performed in front of people cause he was so nervous/stressed.

I did a research paper on stress and I wouldn't say it's normal, but everybody reacts to stress differently. Stress can cause serious problems in your body, so if the throwing up persists I would say see a doctor, but if it's only happens every so often I wouldn't worry about it too much.

Yeah, I do that when I get really stressed out, you need to take some "me time" to calm things down. Just relax

well, not too normal but it has happened to me, when i get really upset and angry,Hope fully your body will not get used to it because once your body gets used to it it can be damaging for your body.If it only happens to you when your stressed up i don't think its a great deal, just don't be too stressed..

yeah, it's probably nerves. Is there something big coming up? I feel nauseous like that sometimes too.I'm pretty stressed with school as well.I suggest you take some breaths to calm yourself.Drink lots of water, and take a break to rest. Try to think more positive. Finish what you have to finish & do your best. If you are still nervous or feeling uneasy, you should talk to a parent or a friend.I know when I'm feeling really stressed out,I tell my close friends and they always find a way to calm me down and help me out.
I'm extremely stressed right now too.Good luck with school, and do your best!

It happens. I used to have migraines when went away when I vomited. I was told and found that taking Dramamine or other anti-nausea pill would prevent both the head pain and the vomiting.
It doesn't help that when you are stressed, you may be throwing down food barely chewed.

It can be a normal reaction, but if it happens often, you should probably see a doctor and be checked for an anxiety disorder. If you have one, you can be put on medication that will make you less anxious.

Sounds like you are too stressed. Calm down, it's only school. One bad test will not hurt you for example...

I don't know if I'd say it's normal but it is a side effect of not managing your stress well as the body is trying to find a way to cope with things that are going on. The best thing you can do is learn to cope with the stress the best you can. Here's a list of some ideas on how to do it I grabbed it from a site.
