Check out a few remedies for your plugged ear!
-Yawning is the easiest way to adjust your plugged ears.
-Frequent swallowing is helpful.
-Warm up some olive oil and place a few drops into the ear and lie down with the ear that has the oil in it toward the roof for 5 minutes. Place a soft cloth over your ear and position yourself, so that the ear is to the ground. The oil drains with the wax.
-With the thumb and forefinger of one hand, pinch your nostrils tightly closed, and use the forefinger of your other hand to press closed the ( pinna )external opening of the unaffected ear. Try to blow out through the pinched nostrils, with your mouth closed and blow as forcefully as possible.
Hold the upper edge of the blocked ear and pull out and up. While doing this, tilt your head toward your shoulder of the blocked ear side. Jump up and down on one foot on the blocked side while pulling the ear. If there is water, it may run out.
Try a moist heating pad. If that's not available, soak a washcloth in hot water with epsom salts, wring it out and cover your ear with it for five to ten minutes at a time. Your ear will unblock and feel lots better.
