depends what form of echinachea you use if you use the straight type of oil diluted with a bit of water i've found it works good enough for me as long as you feel a slight tingle on you tongue when you drink it but if you buy that silly tea stuff from the supermarkets then i don't think that works atall even if it is better for you than caffine :)

Yes i agree, i used to take them cos at one time my asthma was got worse. It works for colds too.
Echinachea lozenges help when my throat is sore. I found them to be better than other lozenges but different brands are formulated differently. Some are more like lollies.
I found that they work quite well. I had a bad cold last week and started taking dimatab (cant spell, its just a cold and flu tablet) and a echinachea, vit c and garlic vitamin and i got over it in about 2 days
I agree it doesn't help, but some people swear by it
Echinaches works on boosting the immune system. Its use reguarding colds is to help reduced the chance of getting one, not to cure one. Nothing cures a cold.
I do believe is it helpful in building up your immune system.
