It depends. Are you trying to lose weight, gain it, or sustain already good health and live a long time..? Healthy diets have a variety of foods. You shouldn't just eat one thing!

Vegetables and fish are very good. Nuts and berries also. And a little milk and cheese. Not too much fruit or other meat.

Butter has the very highest caloric content. So, it is unbeatable if you need energy. So, arguably, that makes it the healthiest food in the world.

There is no #1 healthiest thing to eat because every food has a different nutritional profile. The best way to eat is to have a balanced diet high in fruits and vegetables but low in red meat. Protein is extremely important, though, especially lean protein like fish and skinless poultry .

theres ALOT of things in this world that are healthy, because they fit into different categories like protein, vitamins, minerals....and soo on and all of those things are good for you.....but the best thing to drink i would say is water lol
