You don't need to buy a smoothie maker just do it yourself! It only takes a few minutes. Just put about 6 ice cubes, a tub of yogurt (wotever flavour you want) or a few scoops of ice-cream, a teaspoon of honey (yummm) and wotever fruit you want into a blender. Switch the blender on and turn it off when the ice cubes have been broken up into at least smaller pieces. Pour into a tall glass and enjoy! |

I eat fruit-gums, no fat in them whatsoever, loads of gelatine and i just like them. I don't like them enough to eat to many but it takes away my cravings . But have to admit nothing can make up for not having chocolate. Chocolate makes my world turn round. Remember this is the only Planet with chocolate. Ohhhh i love the stuff specially the white chocolate. Ohhh go on, just one small choccie won't kill you.:)))) |

I would say eat more protein, and fiber foods, your sugar is low that is why you have the sweet tooth, by eating these foods it reduces the craving for chocolate, but sometimes nothing will beat the craving so have the chocolate but maybe make it a fat free chocolate milk or fat free hot cocoa...just remember moderation... |

Either Macintosh or Red Delicious Apples. They are both very sweet, but in different ways and can help soothe a sweet tooth. Pears are also a suitable replacement. |

Being diabetic i have to cut out as much sugar as possible, i find eating gala apples tends to fulfil my sweet tooth, also i like porridge and use candarel sweetners, it tastes lovely, if all fails i have some sugar free custard, it takes a bit of getting used to..if you really need a chocolate hit, try thorntons diabetic turkish delight bar, but only eat one as they make you nip to the loo..hope this of some help to you all..xx.. |

Eat nourishing food with plenty of fresh fruits and vegetables being part of it. Chew each morsel at least 32 times. This will activate signal to the brain as soon as u have had enough. Besides this change in eating style, take regular light exercises and brisk walks every day. U will be able to gain/shed all extra weight gracefully and in a reasonable time span. U can eat chocolate also the same way just before the food. |

Washed grapes, chilled in a fridge, in a bowl for you to pick from
Carrots peeled and cut lengthwise with a humus dip
A chocolate spread on toasted brown bread (still chocolate, but satisfying with some added wholesomeness!)
Cherry tomatoes, also quite nice with a humus dip
Just have a poke around the fruit aisle in the supermarket, fruit has sugars in which satisfy sweet craving as much as chocolate but doesn't leave you feeling fat and unhappy after a binge. I find raspberries, strawberries and mangos to be a great cravings-killer, but during winter when they're more expensive I tend to have a bit of chocolate spread on toast and the odd bowl of cereal instead... lazy lol!
Lots of good recommendations here I think! |

Here's a great little website which says What You Crave, and What You Really Need. For chocolate, it's magnesium, so lots of nuts and fruits and legumes. |
