Sounds big to me. U best crack down on that or her school life will be horrible. Remember that kids dont give a **** bout peoples feelings until they start hitting late teens but by then damage is done etc etc

well im 13 and i weigh 100 lbs.
so she is not that much over weight...
if she eats junk food she should cut off of those...
otherwise she is a little overweight...
but no need to be scared...
and im 5 ft 4 inches so shes not much shorter than me...
i guess she is fine because she is kinda tall for her age...

if she is 5'2, she is fine. trust me. just cause shes 11 doesnt mean anything.

her BMI is 20.3 and that means shes normal:

BMI Categories:

Underweight = <18.5
Normal weight = 18.5-24.9
Overweight = 25-29.9
Obesity = BMI of 30 or greater

that seems heavy. but it doesn't matter what her weight it, its her health. exercise & a healthy diet is what you should be looking out for if you are worried about her health.

she is entering puberty, she will very likely grow out of her baby fat. Whatever you do, don't ride her about her weight, you will be helping her into an eating disorder or a dysfunctional self image, just accept her as she is.

110 would be the ideal weight for a 13 year old girl that is 5ft 2inches, so your sister is perfectly healthy. It wouldn't hurt to lose about 5 pounds, since she is younger, but it doesn't hurt to keep those 5 pounds either! She has nothing to worry about.
