lose 10 POUNDS of FAT by MAY!?!?
I am an early teen, and i want to lose 10 pounds by the end of May 2008.
In summary, i want to lose about 3-4 pounds a MONTH.
To achieve my goal, how many sit ups/ push ups do i have to do a DAY?
and what do i have to eat for breakfast, lunch, and dinner?
And how much water (cold water) should i drink per DAY?

PLEASE help.
If you do, i will be greatly happy :]

you should cut out all sweets. then start portioning your meals. work out 3-4 times per week. eat healthy, 3 square meals. no junk food. if you run and do 3 sets of 50-75 sit ups every day (but the main thing is to sweat a lot) and then replace it all with water or juice (no soda) because that will all get washed out of your system. drink as much water as you please, its very good for you and its only water weight. if you are hydrated and motivated youll shed the pounds by your set date, but you must stay true to your workout schedule. then, youll be fit for beach season in no time!

50 situps when you wake up. breakfast should be a half a grapefirut and 1-2 boiled eggs. lunch should be a salad or a fruit bowl. take a 30 minute walk after school everyday. dinner should be a lean meat. and dont eat after 7:30 pm. drink 8 glasses of water. do 50 situps before you go to sleep. oh and stretch in the morning. =]

ok.....what you do is, you eat 5 meals a day(small ones) they have to be 300 to 500 calories each meal. Next you drink alot of water to flush the fat all down! You then do a lot of skipping and no sit ups! It does not get you skinnier. Another excersize that is very helpful is running and riding your bike..... one pound of fat is 3500 calories, so burn atleast 1300 calories a day and work your way up.

Hope this helps!

u wont really lose alot of weight doin situps and push ups..u need 2 do cardio like running and bike riding...also as for food you should stop drinking soda and try to switch from white bread to whole wheat..also maybe try eating something like low fat yogurt and fruits instead of sugary snacks

OK they say to drink around 8 glasses of water a day and when it comes to meals just make sure your not eating alot of carbs think about some protien like skinless chicken and stuff like that also don't use dressings and other stuff like that it adds alot of unnessary calories think mustard and try cardio like a run or a jog 3 times a week and you'll lose alittle weight that way but its mostly your eating that will have to change because exercising can only burn off so many calories but don't DIET meaning cuting your calories research your bodies carlorie in take to mantain your size eat that or alittle less not too much and your exercise will burn the deference straight has a good link in his comment

Losing weight is a simple equation: if you burn more calories than you eat, the weight will come off. Start off by estimating how many calories you burn each day using the daily calorie needs calculator http://calorieneedscalculator.com This will give you an idea of how many calories to eat. Healthy weight loss is 1-2 pounds per week. To lose 1 pound per week you need to create a calorie deficit (burn more than you eat) of 500 calories per day. To lose 2 pounds a week, you have to double the deficit to 1000 calories per day. You can achieve this by eating less, exercising more or a combination of both.
