Sugar adds fat to your middle. Simply cutting your sugar intake will take inches off your belly. Go for a walk too. Walking does great things for your body.

well make sure you're eating enough, I was under the impression that the less you ate the better and that's wrong, you need to eat a certain amount to speed your metabolizm up... and try walking and crunches, and good luck and be happy with yourself no matter what :)

I'm 14! So ive been trying to lose weight too! You might not notice that fast but you might lose some weight its not just gonna shed of in a week! So dont starve yourself that makes you fatter because your body thinks your starving it and it goes into starvation mode and turns to fat! Eat - but eat healthy I ve been eating fruit and veggies and lowfat bread with low fat dip- and drink alot of water 20 min. before eating and ull feel more full and you cant have junk food - no soda no sugar! Exercise Squats, crunches, biking, swimming, leg lifts. you could lose like 2 - 3 lbs a week !

What i do to bring and keep my weight down is to do simple exercises while i do my daily activities. So, instead of just sitting on the couch watching TV, i do little exercises like push ups and jumping jacks.

*Exercise- Go walking, take a friend so you don't get bored or listen to music. Walk every other day for like an hour.
*Don't eat right before you go to bed.
*Don't snack all day. If you do snack make sure its like grapes or banana's not chips or cupcakes.
*Try to just Eat breakfast, lunch , dinner.. Skipping meals don't work and is not healthy at your age, because you are still growing so you need all the nutrients you can get. *Skipping meals,will just make you want to eat more; the next time you DO EAT , so dont do that.

lower how many calories you take in. an easy way is to cut out unnecessary sugars,drinks, bread. be more active, go outside and run around. and don't think it will happen over night. last time i leaned down i tried to average about 1-2 pounds per week, they same goes if you try to gain weight. if there is a gym close to your house see if your parents will start exercising with you. it is never to early to start weight training. this will keep you active and help burn fat by building lean muscle.

just try eating better.
cutting your portions.
doing some ab work.
and working out a little more....

if your embarassed to go gyming, try fittv on demand. and push yourself. their yoga is fun. as well as their striptease =X try it! its fun as hell!!

Eat slow until your full, then throw the rest away. Also, dont drink soda. Drink water and maybe a soda once a day. I heard a study that said if you drink cold water everyday you will lose 8 lbs. in a year. Walk as much as you can. Walk to the store, your friends house, take an extra trip up and down the stairs and maybe some swimming or bike riding.

excersize regularly . eat healty!!!! and if u just want to looose tummy fat i would just do sit ups every day. its not that hard maybe while ur watching tv or something just do some sit ups but u would have to do it REGULERLY!!!! good luck

The best thing you can do is stay away from soda, eat very small balanced meals 4 to 5 times a day, limit your fat and sugar intake, and exercise! not like lifting weight by yourself or something terribly boring, but swim with friends, or join a sports team.

-Eat right. Do not deprive yourself of food. If you do this your body goes into an alarm state and starts eating away at your fat AND muscle, which is not good. If you eat right, then it only eats away at the fat.
-If you are hungry, eat, if you are full, stop eating.
-Exercises such as sit ups work marvelously.

Same as all the comments. I would recommend also adding lemon juice to your water it will help cut fats in your body.

Also when you do exercise, apply plastic wrap around your belly it will burn more calories and you should sweat more reducing size. It worked for me!

1. dont bank on the words 'fast','easy','simple' & 'quick'....to stay safe,you shoudnt lose beyond 3 or 4 pounds of fat per week

2. start brisk walking 40-60mins a day...get a dog or 2 if you find your walking routine boring..or if you are at a gym,experiment all forms of
cardio available and stick to all that you like

3. drink only water,100% natural/fresh fruit/veggie juices,lowfat milk and lots of green tea

4. severely limit carbs n fat but eat lean proteins and veggies very well..make sure you eat a good breakfast!foods generally that aid fat loss-
fruits,oatmeal,lowfat or skim milk,raw nuts,fish,beans,veggies, small chunks of dark chocolate and herbal teas.

5. do adequate amounts of pilates/yoga/strength training to get the best from your cardio,make slight adjustments to your workout routines
every 2 or 3 weeks to avoid plateaus

6. be smart when eating out or at events/functions(such as preparing your own meal & eating in advance)

7. dont trust myths like "no food after 7pm"...you have to stay nourished to lose fat,..the best you can do if you are scared to eat is perhaps
drink a glass of ice chocolate lowfat milk mixed with a tsp of instant softened oatmeal...

8. Always push yourself n never give up!but get enough rest too...Stay focused on your goal and God bless you...

My dear- though I realize the high school years seem rough if you're a couple of extra lbs it will matter so little in life it's not even funny. Having said that a daily 20min. on the treadmill and a SENSIBLE diet (fruits, veggies, fish, chicken, NO POTATOES OR CORN) will do wonders. Good luck!

all the fad diets and fake work out programs don't work so don't waste your money on them here is what you need to do. Ad a salad to your meals and if you want to really lose weight don't drink and pop diet or not. Look at labels on things like sport drinks or anything else for the words "fructose or corn syrup" that just as bad for you as sugar. Best thing for you to drink is just plain water. Next thing you need to do is get moving! Get off the couch or chair and start walking a little everyday 15 minutes to start then extend it 5 minutes every 5 to 7 days. With fad diets you stop doing them you will most likely gain all your weight back plus a few extra pounds.

don't do any of those diet things that just want your money. eat healthy and excercise.

Cardio will help you burn calories & lose fat, build muscle. This includes anything in which you are in continuous movement. Do you have a game system? I LOVE Dance Dance Revolution or any game like that... because you are concentrating on getting good at the game... moving to cool music.... before you know it you are sweating and out of breath, but you want to keep going!!! I think it is a sneaky way to exercise that is FUN if you are not able to participate in a group sport or class.

Another fun exercise that targets the core (abs) is the large exercise ball. They sell one at Wal-Mart that comes with a chart of exercises. My favorite is in the push-up position with the ball just below your knees. Pull your knees to your chest (the ball will roll with you toward your ankles). Hold & roll back to the original position. This helps with coordination & building your core strength. You will feel results immediately. And, it is fun playing with a ball. Just sit on it and bounce up and down... exercise doesn't have to be grueling. Find things you think are fun & get moving!!

Cut down on sugar & eat right. And, drink lots of water like others were saying! You have to eat for energy.... eat healthy foods with lots of water & you will see your body shaping up nicely as well as getting a healthy glow in your cheeks, skin, hair, teeth, and nails. Your eyes will sparkle. The eating right is what seperates the girls who starve themselves & use chemicals to get thin from the girls who are healthy eaters & exercising regularly. That "waif, I'm too cool for you" look really is "I'm hungry & don't have the energy to talk to you" look.

do lots of exercise and eat healthily, but you have to do both to lose wieght. However, do not go anorexic or something like that. Make sure you keep eating, but eat the right stuff. If you cant slim down a lot, then it might be because you are naturally big. Some people are.

hulahooping is great! cardio is good for losing weight and getting fit at the same time but i personally hate working out so id recommend fitness dance dvds if you like moving to music! you can watch the dvd and dance to the beat and its really fun and you get a brilliant workout as well! also make sure you have a balanced diet and try and cut out snacking - not altogether, just cut down on the amount you eat and you should notice a difference :)

Don't ask for advice if your not serious. First 1 week do the cabbage soup diet, I did it 3 weeks ago and I lose over 10lbs after that eat right for 2 weeks then go back on the cabbage soup diet and then do moderate exercises and eat right.. After all that you will look stunning. Don't say it don't work because I'm a living proof.

The truth and only the truth about weight loss is eat healthy, control food portions, limit sugar intake and exercise. Depending on your current physical activity you may want to start with a simple walking program on a tread mill. I have also used certain exercises DVDs with great success. Leslie Sansone has a great array walk away the pounds DVDs that I like. If interested you can purchase these at Wal-mart. Despite all of the weightloss gimicks out there it comes down to eat right, exercise and make these changes a part of your life for the rest of your life. Good luck and all the best.

Exercise...Im on a diet at the moe but im not going hungry. When I shop I dont buy rubbish anymore.. No Crisps / Potatoe chips as Americans call them, No chocolate or Biscuits / Cookies. I cut down on Carbohydrate foods like Bread and rice. I eat wholemeal bread and I have more salad dishes, I eat more fruit.. You do get used to it and you will lose weight.. The trick to loseing weight is to do it slowly, Crash diets and starvation diets are a No go area, They simply are disastrous and do not work long term...
