NO!! i am a large girl and have learnt to live with it and be happy with who i am. i have been on numerous diets and do hours of exercise a week but i never change. all that really matters is what's in your heart and the sort of person you are on the inside. if you are seriously upset by your weight, there are many different foods that you can avoid or substitute. several people loose weight by limiting carbohydrates and eating more vegetables and fruit. proteins are also very good for you, this includes white meat (like chicken, not red meat like steak) and PLENTY of fish.

If being uncomfortable, self-conscious at times, less attractive, and less healthy are OK with you; it is OK with me.

If those things are less important than satisfying your food intake then be happy and continue to plow.

I have been large and I'm getting smaller. lost 30lbs and I can say from experience I like smaller better. I like the way my clothes fit and I like being attractive for my wife.

Being all around healthier allows me to do more activities with the kids too.

Those who will say no it doesn't matter are those who failed to lose weight and have decided its better to accept mediocrity than pursue their goals and possibly fail again. if that where not true why did they go on a diet in the first place/

I guess I could answer No just love who you are but that is a bunch of crap. You know and I know you want to lose weight.
At some point you need to quit looking for the easy diet and get serious. Start eating right, counting calories ,and working out. You can do it and it is fun and relaxing. I like going to the gym, it is selfish relaxing time for me. Go for it!!

Yes it does matter. I don't want to sound me, because I am not, but it matters on your personal appearance level, and your health as you get older. You could get very sick.

Eat healthy, salads, fruits, veggies, a little bit a whole grains, lay off the refined carbs, nothing super greasy. And try get at least 20 mins of excersize or physical activity a day.

Did you know if you do at least two mins of excersize right when you wake up it actually boosts your metabolism for the day, that means you can eat more (but I wouldnt unless you are hungry) and it wont be as unhealthy.

It is hard, but after about 5 days I promise it will be a piece of cake.

depends if you the bing bones king of fat like samaoens then now but if normal body and you've balloned yourself ouy to 500+ you need medical help hmm simpler way if you can stand and walk sit and get up off the floor by yourself then you fine and it shouldn't matter for anything in life except for the obvious like if you decide you want to be a super model

Depends on whether or not you're comfortable with your body, whether or not your health is at risk and what your goals in life are. If you're trying to go into some careers or date some people that it matters in than yes, if your health is at risk, than yes and if you're not happy than yes.

If you're only moderately fat (not morbidly obese, which is bad for your health), and if it doesn't bother you, it doesn't matter. But since you're asking the question, I assume that it must bother you at least a little bit. My advice is to just live healthy.

That's just more of you to love baby. But you might want to make sure that you don't become obese. Obesity can put you into a higher health risk catagory. You could get type 2 diabetes and high blood pressure. But if you're the typical 8 to 12 pounds that most American Big Mac eating citizens carry around, I wouldn't stress out over it. When it becomes 25 to 30, you should think about modifying your diet for health reasons.
