 Can I drink pills to loose weight at age 13?
I know on the bottle it says don't take until 18 but I cant seem to loose weight. And I honestly cant go on a diet. I think thats my only choice left.

i honestly don't know why your complaining...but try to graze (eat small meals throughout the day) you should still get the full feeling but you won't be eating as much

well..... you should try limiting you self on things......eat proportions, and buy healthier foods...NO junk in your house.... umm well ... try putting pictures of REALLY fat people on the refrigerator.....I can tell you that when i stopped eating sugar completely that i didn't crave it at all and i lost alot of Weight and i went walking every day, That way you can get use to the healthier food diet and exercise and proportions that you can do it anytime anywhere and you wont want to eat sugar at all and you can get in shape....be healthier....and ....... eat less ......

i wouldnt worry bout that but smoking causes u to not get hungry but thats not the best choice health wise

I have had this same problem too .Food can be an additction. Best bet is not set yourself up for failure. Do not have the tempting foods in the house . Us proportion control. One serving size is about the size of an ice cream scooper. That is hard but eat several small meals a day & it will get easier. it is hard but you can do anything that you set your mind to. Best of luck.

Actually, I read somewhere that brushing your teeth after every meal helps because the freshness makes you not want to eat. Personally, I don't eat a lot if there isn't that much good food in the house.

eating is natural! why stop? You can eat all you want and work it off. Try running or sit-ups. Eat all you want just keep it off.

Eat all the food you hate. Then your body will not want to ingest any more food. Example Spinach. If you don't like it, gobble a whole bunch of it and you won't be hungry. Trust me it works. And remember force it down your throat 'o'.

if your not getting any bigger, then your body shape and size is what your genetics allow for you. you probably wont gain very much weight try www.mypyramid.org it might help. idk for sure

Well i used to model and they made me take diet classes. The nutritionists said that when you starve your self you'll loose weight but as soon as you eat again you'll gain weight due to your slow metabolism. they suggest that you should eat 6 SMALL meals a day. this will increase your metabolism and give you the energy you need for the day.

just say no to yourself sometimes and drink water or juice (not soda) instead

take some vitamins with some water or juice and call it a night

if you keep at it hopefully you will get used to it...

Well I have pretty much the same problem. SO what I do Is in the morning is chew gum. Then at lunch I just like eat an apple. And more gum. When I get home, DO home wok and only take smaller portions of dinner. then I meditate. it sounds kinda like what a hippie would do but it helps to find your inner peace and the hunger melts right away =P

If you eat all the time and you dont get fatter, depending on your age you might make yourself diabetic eventually, if you already arent. If you're a growin teenager then eating is fine. But if you need to slow down, drink more liquids, its healthy and gives you more of a full sensation after you eat.

no dude...steer clear of diets....eat what u want when u want....and trust me..when u think you have to control urself it never works...so kick back a bit...if you start gaining weight work it off;).. and i mean work it..go to the gym.swim ..treadmills wtvr..or even just sport!! do some rugby, tennis...wtvr tickles ur fancy..if u get that AWESOME feeling of pride and just..know u've given it ur best...generally ur morale rises and u wont even feel like eating as much...

get ur butt motivated!!!!! and screw diets...seriously...if they work, they make u look ill and unatural....find something to occupy ur time...

anyway..just try it..what u got to lose? (apart from a few pounds)
