Umm...how 'bout just not eating as much you psycho, it's still bulemia even if you're not exactly sticking your fingers down your throat. Making yourself throw up in any way as a means to lose weight is still considered bulemia.

Don't do that itz really not good 4 u and if u get addicted 2 it u will b bulimic. If u wanna get thin just eat good healthy foods and exercise. Sometimes i wanna drop a pound or two and believe me exercise is the key. Hope this helpz.

You don't, because that's an incredibly unhealthy and unattractive way to become thin.

Dieting and exercise are where it's at. Join Weight Watchers. Or, from the sounds of it, seek help first (since you seem to be seriously considering bulimia), and THEN gradually become comfortable dieting (and when you get to where you want to be, dieting becomes, simply, eating healthy and doing so consistently). But bulimia? Don't resort to it. You could eventually die. Why die for vanity?

Making yourself sick may get you rail-thin, but you will not look attractive.

A healthy diet and regular exercise is the ONLY way to lose weight properly. You will look slim and in shape and you will feel great inside.

okay, well bulimia, or vomiting, or starving is not the right answer. diet and exercise, as cliche as it sounds, really can work wonders.

Making yourself sick is definately not the way to go. Try eating more healthy foods like fruits and excercising a bit. You'll lose weight and it will make you feel great!

That would be a very unhealthy way of going about it. Your body needs nutrition from food. It's a matter of making the right eating choices in the right amounts and having a daily exercise routine.

Have a set time every day to do exercises. You don't have to do an hour a day. Start off with just 5 minutes in the morning and 5 minutes at night. The key is to initially get yourself into the habit of exercising without burning out by doing too much at first.

You must be determined and have a strong mindset about doing this. Settle for losing a pound or 2 a week. At first it might be more, but don't try and kill yourself to get slim at first. That's what makes people give up and go back to their old ways.

Slow and steady wins the race!

Trust me you don't want to be sick. It is harmful to your body. You should start eating healthier and choose a healthier life style. You could use these tips to loose weight if you really need to...
Stay away from oil and grease.
Stay away from processed food.
Eat lots of veggies
Lots of Fruit
Some cholesterol is made by your body. The food you eat is responsible for the rest. Food products from animals contain cholesterol — including meats, poultry, shellfish, eggs, butter, cheese and whole or 2 percent milk. And any type of food can also contain saturated fats and trans fats, which cause your body to make more cholesterol.

The American Heart Association recommends that you keep your intake of total fat to between 25 percent and 35 percent, your saturated fat consumption to less than 7 percent and your intake of trans fat to less than 1 percent of your total daily calories.

At the same time, limit your intake of cholesterol from food to less than 300 mg per day. People with high LDL (bad) blood cholesterol levels or who are taking cholesterol medication should consume less than 200 mg of cholesterol per day.

Eat at least 25 to 30 grams of dietary fiber each day — preferably from whole grains, fruits, vegetables and legumes.

To combat high blood pressure and for overall cardiovascular health, limit sodium to 2,300 mg or less per day. Some people — African Americans, middle-aged and older adults, and people with high blood pressure — need less than 1,500 mg per day. And if you drink alcohol, do so in moderation (no more than one drink a day for women, no more than two for men).

But a heart-healthy diet isn't just about what you shouldn't eat. It also means eating a diet rich in vegetables and fruits, with whole grains, high-fiber foods, lean meats and poultry, fish at least twice a week, and fat-free or 1 percent fat dairy products. Also, the diet should be low in saturated fat, trans fat and cholesterol.

By learning to make smart choices — whether you're cooking at home or eating out — you can enjoy flavorful foods while you manage your cholesterol.

Don't. First of all, most people that purge (in any form) to lose weight end up binging later, and they do not lose the weight. So, not only will this not give you your desired effects, but you are destroying your stomach, esophagus, and teeth.

You may want to meet with your physician to discuss weight loss goals. It may be difficult to stick to a plan that doesn't show quick results, but in the long run you'll be glad you did.

just go on a strict diet and exercise thats even a faster way. Besides if you just throw up your gonna leave celluite behind. Throwing up is the lazy way....

Don't try it. Be yourself. (If you are obese- see a nutritionist.)

How about exercising and eating more healthily, being sick won't make you attactive as you body wouldn't be getting the nutrients it needs If you try getting thin by throwing up trust me you'll look awful with dark eyes and no energy
Just doing half an hour of some form of exercise a day would make such a big difference

This is not a good option to choose, it can lead to serious health problems, decays your teeth from the stomach acid and there are much easier ways to loose weight. Just try cutting down on how much you eat a day and keeping away from fatty foods(i know this is obvious but it is really what helps you loose weight lol) plus you will get more satisfaction in your self after you resist fatty foods etc rather than resorting to making your self vommit after a junkfood meal.

Just eat right, drink a lot of water, exercise 1/2 hour a day or 10 minutes 3 times a day.

limit sweets. Eat plenty of fruit and veggies.

NO, you shouldn't do that its not healthy if you really really think its necessary to loose weight then do it sensibly by exercising and adjusting your diet.

even if u use your fingers or sthng else that will make u sick it still has the same effect: bulimia. You are going to get really sick if you start doing it. your choice. Just eat healthy and exercise-dont make your body suffer.

If you're even thinking about this route to being thin, you should seek help immediately. See your doctor!!!

i suggest that you don't make your self throw up it doesn't actually make you tine it just makes you very ill and WILL give you serious health problems
