milkshakes are very high in calories, as is basicaly everything on the menu at Outback Steakhouse. One order of Aussie Cheese Fries is 2300 calories. in order to gain a pound a week, you need to eat 500 more calories than you normally. |

eat every 2-3 hours. Drink Full fat milk and just have a balanced diet. for example when u have an apple u could add peanut butter to that to get the protein and extra calories or when u have a yoghurt have some dry fruit or chopped nuts with it. Don't start stuffing yourself with unhealthy food..it will cause damage to your health. And if you are a girl try doing light exercise like yoga or jogging. Because if u do weight training you are more likely to loose weight then gain. But its ok to do it in moderation

My older brother was very thin when he was younger (high school/college). He used to make himself a milkshake every night and add a raw egg or two to it before blending. I don't know how medically/scientifically sound of a way that is for gaining weight, but it seems like it would give you lots of calories from the milkshake and some muscle-building protein from the eggs. Plus, who doesn't love a good milkshake? I know I'd like an excuse to drink one everyday! Good luck! |

Omg! Most people want to know how to loose weight! But really aslong as your healthy you should feel fine! Ok eat chocolate, cakes, pies knock your self out hold parties and stuff! Trust me, its not hard!! |

eat, see an eating disorder psychologist (even though you dont have one, they can give you tips) gain muscle by lifting weights, drink fluids, but mainly eat a couple of meals a day.

Fast food...thats what they make movie stars eat when they have to gain weight for a role. its true...but you dont wanna gain too much...carefull, if you get too attatched and cant stop eating....thats not goood. but get yourself up to about 110 ish and you should be fine. |

Dont eat a lot of unhealthy food to gain weight...just increase your portions of what you already eat...if you eat unhealthy foods to gain weight you will increase health problems. Just eat more calories. |

Well, women are only supposed to have 1700 calories a day, so consume more than that and you will gain. If you eat less than that than you will stay small. |

gain muscle... you already have a high metabolism or something... so muscle weighs more... gain it and you will feel better about yourself...
Otherwise... eat fatty foods, sugars and red meat... that is the best I can give you... Note this may be unhealthy...
Healthier way:
tuna, salmon, flax, and walnuts
they have healthy fatty acids.
lean meats, fish, poultry, nuts, seeds and legumes
these are good sources of protein
fruits, vegetables and whole grains.
These are healthy carb solutions for energy and weight.
also weight training exercise, not cardio...
cardio burns fat, weight training causes muscle build.
If you still need more... I guess try to find a healthy protein powder of some sort... also consider eating 4 or 5 smaller meals... than eating 3 large meals. |

weight in a week. Either buy at pharmacies, as supplement, or in any
place which specializes in brewing. Three pills a day/three tablespoons a
day - depends on the product, and you are there. Good for bones and
