Yesterday (on my BIRTHDAY) my aunt commented on how she thought I gained weight and today my family went out to lunch for my birthday and my mom said I should 'watch my figure and what I eat.&...
does this make sense?
i put on 15 extra pounds and started working out and eating better. i lost some weight because i fit in the size i was before gaining that 15 pounds. i didn't have a scale but weighed myself the other day at the doctors and i'm almost as heavy as i was at the highest. but my skinny clothes fit...is it possible that muscle weighs that much more? i didn't pump iron so it's not like i gained that much muscle...
you don't have to pump iron to gain muscle... and yes muscle wieghs a hella lot more than fat.... it does make sense to the scientifically knowledgeable... and actually the easiest way to build lean muscle is with aerobic exercise running, swimming, and what not...
pumping iron just builds muscle mass... not definition
yea it probably is the muscle...i stayed at the same weight too but all my close are so lose on me and i have no clue why...but im pretty sure its muscle
Muscle is significantly denser than fat. It weighs more. The more you get in shape, the more you might weigh, considering that your body fat was low to begin with.
