don't worry about your weight.. i was the same as you at your age.. all it takes is a little cardio and toning/cutting your muscles (no intense workout, just some simple moves a few times a work) to tone that extra fat (i'm only assuming you have a little.. at 145lbs, its hard to guess) |

Please ignore the other ignorant person. At a weight of 150, you're BMI is 22.8, and if you take up regular exercise, i'd say your weight is largely due to muscle tone etc etc.
You're not overweight, don't worry :) At the age of 14, you're still growing particularly if you're a guy, so you need to eat properly and exercise regularly. |

No, your not overweight, your tall for your age and that fact balances it out! I'm 5'2 and 11 years old! I way 113 pounds, but I don't look like what be normally overweight because you every height has a certain weight the balances it out. If you want to have the real results, go an google and look for a site where you put in your height and weight and it will tell you if you overwheight or not. I'm 99.9 percent sure your not though!!! |

weight watchers website has a healthy BMI scale. Put in your measurements and let the doctors help you, not some yahoo questionnaire folk. |

You're pretty tall, so the weight is normal for someone that tall. In this case, age is not considered because kids grow at their own rate and everyone is different.
If you wanna know more, you can go to this site http://apps.nccd.cdc.gov/dnpabmi/Calculator.aspx
and calculate it yourself. It's the kids version of the BMI [Body Mass Index] Calculator. Hope that helps. |
