Why am I Always Hungry?
Lately everytime I eat right after, I'm hungry again! For instance; I just had some salmon and I'm hungry. Whats wrong with me? It's annoying.

I have the exact same problem and I have no idea what is wrong with me. I still don't know the answer but I do know that certain foods help. Eating Peanut Butter helps to hold you over for a longer amount of time. If you're hungry when it isn't meal time, drink water or exercise instead. And if you have one of those late night hunger surges don't stuff yourself with chocolate but don't go to bed on an empty stomach, the best fix is to eat some carrots or an apple. I hope I could help, maybe someone could find an answer to why we're always hungry!!

Are you really hungry or just bored/using food to replace something else.
Also sometimes we think we are hungry when we are actually thirsty, try having a drink first

you might have worms? are you leaving it a good half an hour before u eat again. or you cud be pregnant

It could be because you are not drinking enough water. Sometimes when you are dehydrated your body sends the hunger message to your brain, instead of eating drink. Make sure to drink at least 80oz of water daily. Also if you are on your period or have been working out a lot those could be reasons as well. It could also be something bad, so its always a good idea to go to the doctor. It is a possibility that you have worms (Parasites) in your stomach eating all the food before you can digest it.

You're metabolism may be set very high. If you are gainig weight, see a doctor fast. If you are young and not fat, you are just growing and that is normal. Try to eat loats of fruit and veggies. Too many carbs will eventualy become addicting. Trust me, I know. I use to be a tremdous eater, never gained weight. I hit 50 and BAM. gain 40 pounds in two years. I am now a chunk monkey. Now I have to change my entire lifestyle to get back to healthy. It finally caught up with me.

This is quite normal. We have built in alarms that tell us if we don't eat we will starve to death, some people more than others and certain conditions augment the effect. Boredom and depression can bring on the hunger at earlier stages of the "alarm". If you take control of this at an early age, it will be a benefit throughout your life. When you get hungry just remember that the alarm is going off too early. Another trick is to get busy with some thing preferably physical and your alarm won't ring as loudly.

It sounds like your dehydrated. When your thirsty your body will act like its hungry, Try drinking lots of water.

alot of people overeat because they are bored, next time you feel hungry maybe do some cleaning or do your nails or something like that, just something to keep your mind off eating

you might not be hungry - i know this sounds stupid, but have a big glass of water, being hungry & thirsty feel very similar. a lot of the time if you have the water you'll feel full. scientists did an experiment & discovered the 75% of people couldn't tell the difference

Make sure you get 3 meals a day with at least 1 snack in between. Sometimes people get hungry when they are missing certain vitamins and minerals in their system. Taking a multivitamin everyday when you have breakfast. When you have small snacks throughout the day, it increases your metabolism.

You may not be getting enough fat, protein, or fiber. These are the main things that make your stomach feel actually "full" everytime you eat something, wait 15 minutes, and if you still are hungry, eat something else. If the problem continues, you may want to see a doctor or a nutritionalist.

I get hungry too. It does get annoying, but you need to have somethng that'll keep you full for long. Fibers help.

Try doing other to keep your mind from thinking of food. Just make sure you eat enough when you do.

First of all you are not eating enough bulk or fiber foods, like bran or whole wheat bread. If you would consume some high fiber foods with your meal, it would make you feel full, and you'd have less chance of feeling hungry right away.

I would suggest drinking more water during the day. After you eat brush your teeth to get rid of food particles which can cause your brain to crave food. I would suggest five small meals a day spaced evenly with healthy choices. Soon you will be in a groove of regulated eating. Remember you must do this for 3 months for it to become lifestyle. You didn't say how old you are. I would say you are growing, and your body needs the extra calories to grow, but alot of folks also confuse hunger for thirst. Try drinking water and non citrus juices when you are hungry. The body needs a lot of fluids. Also, I would eat about 5-7 small meals a day. Our bodies are meant to graze, but sit down at humongous meals 3 times a day.

How old are you? If you're an adolescent, then you could be growing. I remember that I started to get really hungry when I had a growth spurt. I tried to eat more veggies, calcium, protein, etc. You won't gain weight as long as you try to fill up on healthier foods, but I'm not saying to completely avoid sweets and fatty foods. That's impossible ; ) Good luck!

your body is asking for some thing that your not getting like you ate salmon which has fatty acids but low iron maybe you just need to listen to want your body is asking for to find out what you need

Some possibilites:
-Fast metabolism that quickly burns up calories
-You are pregnant
-Tapeworm in digestive tract
-You are undergoing a grow-spurt
-Stress- it causes you to eat more to relieve your anxiety

I suggest you eat fiberous foods and drink plenty of water. Fiber takes your body longer to digest, and may slow down your hunger. When you are dehydrated, your body may make you think you are hungry, so drink plenty of water.

depends on your age if your teens then its normal coz your growing but if your older it could be a tape worm id go see a doctor if it could be the worm he will give you a bit of cake you eat it the worm dies no problem

maybe you need more fibre , eg brown bread and wholemeal pasta/ rice. these fill you up for longer
