there is no perfect weight everything goes on averages just go by what weight you wanna be as for calories don't think about tha sh1t if you exercise alot obviously you're gonna need to eat alot of high calorie food but if you're a lazy fook you won't need as much

just eat and eat so you will have more nutrients to grow taller! cause if you just eat for your age, you will have a slow growth, so go eat in fast foods like mcdonalds, burger king, subway, and pig out in all-you-can-eat buffets and you will have enough nutrients to grow to 5'8"!

The minority are the 'perfect' weight for their age and i use the term 'perfect' very loosely.

about 110 pounds. a normal 5 foot person is 100 pounds. and then, for every extra inch, you add 10 pounds. (make sense?)
calories all depend on how active you are.

The formula for losing weight is not difficult - consume less and workout more - the difficulties surface when we actually try to put that into practice! There are plenty of stumbling blocks in the big wide world aren't there?! A girl your age, or anyone really, shouldn't have to worry about calories in my opinion. Eat organic fruits, veggies, nuts and everything natural and you'll be as healthy as you can get. That's what i do.

Not sure on what your weight should be- But I know you shouldnt worry about it at your age. Just eat healthy, watch those salts and sweets, drink lots of water and run. Running is the best exercise for your body!

Go to http://mypyramid.gov/mypyramid/index.aspx

There, you fill out stuff (your weight, height, gender, and exercise time) and then it gives you a meal plan. It tells you if your height and weight match up or if they don't (you'll see this @ the top of the screen after entering height, weight, gender, and exercise time). It also tells you how may calories a day, tells you how much of each food category to eat, and how much exercise a day. Good luck!

P.S.S. Your weight doesn't matter all that much! How much fat you have matters. Fat takes up more space than muscle and muscle weighs more. So, if you workout and have good muscle, you will weigh a bit heavier, but you will look better! :)
