 how can i grow taller within a few days? im 13 , 95lbs and 4'11?

Today I cleaned out my closet and separated what I can wear and what I can't, and you guess it more of can't wear. So I am going to look at that stack of clothes and that will be my motivation, and replacing lunch with grilled chicken breast Cesar salads.

Tape a bikini or a picture of a model in a bikini to your refrigerator. Also take it one hour at a time. Just try to skip the high calorie stuff for one hour. Go hour by hour instead of day by day. It's easier to control yourself in smaller increments.

keep a photo of you when you looked really good. If there isn't one then take a photo of someone like a model whose body you really envy. When you feel like eating look at the photo.

well i think if you have a problem with food, then you really have a problem with being happy. i suggest you keep your self happy. then you won't think of food. trying dancing, cleaning, shopping or even just looking online at things you like. talk to friends, go out. just keep your self busy and happy.

don't wait for new years. anything worth doing new year's day is worth doing right now! just remind yourself that you may feel weak in front of it, but it's only food. it's only food. Joan of Arc lead an entire army in battle and won before her 18th birthday. You should be able to defeat the urge to put stuff in your mouth.

A great source for motivation is The Bible. Once you have the proper frame of mind you will accomplish your goal, and more.

It's all about your mind. Are you determined? Make a list of why you want to lose it, make a plan of how your going to do it, decide how you are going to reward yourself when you get there (maybe a piece of clothing that will look great). Then each day review and reaffirm that you are going to follow your plan and you'll have the list of reasons why. Have a picture of your reward and hype yourself up about getting your reward.

Well I don't know if you know how to cook, but if you can try:
1. Cooking with lower fat oils (teflon pans help)
2. Eating a salad (with low fat/fat free dressing of course) before you eat the main dish (to help fill you up so that you won't eat as much)
3. Cooking with Splenda blend
4. Switching to soymilk
5. Keeping a healthy snack on hand (I like cashews and dried cranberries)

Because I cannot stick to a diet or exercise either--I've lost 15 lbs...

Good motivation for me is buying a somewhat pricey article of clothing but a size or two too small! Wanting to wear it so badly will give me that extra discipline to lose the weight.

mi mom sticks a pic of herself (fat) in the mirrow, and when every morning she sees how horrible she looks she starts 2 do a diet and excersice, its a good motivation i think so
