wheat flour tortilla
beans(cookes well)
skim cheddar cheese
low fat sour cream and galcmoli

tomato jalpeno onion parsely lemon juice

sicne it got every thing

Salad is lacking fulfillemnt and you get hungry faster because that gets digested faster.

Also you need complex carbs which you don't get in salad.

Also home made food is more healthy.
Junk food or food that been fried unhealty

Also For salade peopel overlook the dressing. Ranch is a big NO NO

All food that we consume is healthy it only becomes unhealthy when we consume it in large unrecommended amounts.

Foods from plants,like vegetables, fruits, grains, and cereals, do not have any dietary cholesterol.

anything with colour of white is not good
like white bean, white rice
becasue they have more sugar in it even u can't taste them

A well-balanced diet with a little bit of everything fruit, veg, whole grain - but if you're talking about foods most potent in nutrients essential to survival then first on the list is MILK and second is beans and foods in the bean family - you can't live on those foods though - no such thing as a healthy food - just a healthy diet - think about it lettuce is healthy - but if you eat like a rabbit - you get annorexic and die.

i don't know if its the MOST healthy food but i like eating broccoli and califlower with lowfat ranch---its low calorie but taste great to me!

Fruits, can't go wrong there.

Organically grown fresh fruits and vegetables. Plain with no salt, dressing, etc. Organic foods have no preservatives or additives.
