Try Avoiding Lots Of Bread And Sugar And Stick Too Basic Foods You Make Yourself Without Added Salt Or Sugars.

Don't take pills. Then you will get addicted. For me, drinking tea going for a long walk/jog, Eating fruits and veggies, going to the gym 2/3 times a week is a great way to exercise. I think the best exercise is swimming laps or running laps.
But don't put it off until tomorrow. START TODAY!!!!!!!
Do some arobics! Yoga! Streches, lifting weights, doing curl-ups, sit-ups, Eat a weight watchers meal. The best food I think is Special K cereal bars or just the cereal! It is delicious!
South Beach diet is a great food to get at any grocery store in the frozen food section.

Join Weight Watchers. It's easy, you still get to eat yummy things (like skinny cow) and you lose more weight than dieting alone. Exercise by running every day or a few days a week, and preferably run far away. Because if you run someplace, you HAVE to run back! Perfect logic, and you can't just get off like you can with a treadmill. Swim laps when it gets warm out. Jog. Ride a bike around the block. Don't overdo it. And don't forget that its OK to indulge- once in a while but not too much. And if you like something thats bad for you, DON'T buy it. If its not in the house, you can't eat it! EAT DILL PICKLES! They are healthy and have nearly no calories. They are delish and satisfy salt cravings. Drink LOTS of water. It helps flush fat and toxins out of your system. You know those drinks that flush out your system, that cost like 100 bucks? Water does the same thing, you just have to drink 8-10 glasses a day! And listen to upbeat music that makes you wanna dance while you work out- it makes you go faster. Good luck you can do this!! Expect to lose no more that 2 lbs a week tho it will take awhile...and keep it up even when you are thin. That way you keep it off and stay toned. |

yes,don't skip any meals.have 6 very small meals,like granola,wheat pasta,wheat rice,fresh vegetables,fresh fruit.drink lots of water.try walking a mile or two a day i lost alot of weight that day and drinking water.instead of butter use extra virgin olive oil.do not consume soda and stay away from soda,and candy makes you so fat i know i gained alot of weight it's going to be a little hard at first but after a few days you'll be fine. |

If you want to lose weight and get fit you really need to do cardiovascular exercise.This should be something which makes your breathing faster and your heart rate should be 150% of your resting heart rate. You should do that for at least 20-30 mins 5 times a week and you will see the benefits very quickly. |

First of all...start right now...not tomorrow. There is no timing on such a thing.
2nd...drink LOADS of water. You'll want to pee all the time at first, but you'll get used to it and it really helps with weight loss.
Eat all the veggies you want and eat lots of protein. If you need carbs, look for whole grains and avoid eating out. Not just fast food but restaurants as well. I't's unreal what they put in the food! There is a reason why it tastes so good eating out!! Good luck! |

Okay I'm not trying to lose wait, but my mom is and she bought those yoplait yogarts that are fat free!! Those things are so delicious i ate half a package in one day. They're good for you and sooo unbelievably delicious. I prefer strawberry flavor :)
And for excercising try to get into dance, dancing is usually the funnest way to lose weight and to increase weight loss wear wrist weights, they're like gloves. They go on like glove and they have weights on them and they increase the workout.
And also use sweetners instead of the actual sugar. Just get rid of any temptations. There's also slim fast, they only reduce hunger, they don't really help that much. |

go through your cupboards/fridge and get rid of all ; yes ALL unhealthy/ weight promoting items.
don't take any change to work with you tomorrow so as to avoid that chocolate bar.

why tommorow? start now! its a good idea to b healthy whenever u can! i would have 6 small meals everyday except for sunday. on sunday, u can have 3 regular properly proportioned meals. for the 6 small meals, have little snacks involving low fat turkey..a sprinkling of fat free/low fat cheese, healthy protein bars, breast meat (chicken) baked, fat free yogurt, 100% vitamin C juices, whole grain bread/bagels..fruuit! like blueberries, blackberries, a yummy apple..stuff like that. its important to limit what you eat :) |

Go and sign up with a Gym and get some personal training sessions included in your membership (World's Health Club is where I'm going through, and they rock!). You have to do sets of different exercises that will target all your muscle groups so that you can burn the fat off all over and leave it no other place to move to or leave you with saggy skin. It hurts at first but if you stick with and commit yourself to a program you'll see the results alot faster! Also with regards to eatting, once you start working out alot you need to keep your protien levels up so you can repair muscles after your workouts. This will help to build more lean muscle as opposed to saggy skin and so-so muscle tone. I don't want to go too into depth because each person is different so you REALLY should get in and talk to a personal trainer and develop a program suited for you and your goals and get involve with a Gym.
GOOD LUCK!! Stick to it and don't give up!!! Trust me, when you get into the routine and start to see the results you get SOOO addicted to it!!! |

Ok this works pretty good. Go out and buy LOTS of mint gum!!! Then whenever you want like a sweet or something take out a stick of gum. That way you are more focused on the gum than what you were going to eat. :) hope this helps:))) |

Well, heres one thing---dont eat at Kentucky Fried Chicken or eat Tyson foods. They touchier their chickens---

Boycott them....please...People need to make a difference. This has to do with your weight because they make the chickens inhale chemicals that makes them so fat they cant stand on their own two feet. They also pee on them and make them eat poop which is squeezed out of them---its really sickening.
Also, heres a tip for ya----be patient....it wont go away in two days! Good luck! |

Drink plenty of water. Practice self control. Don't eat after 7pm and stick to that. Above all if you mess up once don't be hard on yourself. Messing up once is not the end of your diet.
