It won't make any difference if you do or not. It's not gonna make you skinny again. All it'll do is mess up your throat. Forcing yourself to throw up can do serious and permanent damage to your throat and airways, and you won't be able to eat or swallow, and although that might sound like a good thing, it won't be a good thing at all once you starve to death.
DO NOT THROW IT UP. IT WON'T MAKE YOU SKINNY. IT WILL DO NOTHING BUT SCREW UP YOUR THROAT, POSSIBLY PERMANENTLY. |

you say just this once, but if you feel like it worked, you'll be tempted to do it again. Your 16, you must have taken health class in highschool so far, its called bulimia. throwing up is like taking drugs, you do it just that once and it leads on to a horrible chain and soon you cant stop. please dont do it, for yourself.
just do 50 sit ups, or do some stretching. you'll be fine if you just keep to your normal diet from now on.
btw, im 17 and used to suffer from anorexia. there is no excuse to throw up. dont do it.
Other reasons: if im right, and it leads on to more purging and binging, it ruins your hair and skin. so being scary skinny, dead hair, and pale skin is the farthest from attractive.
save your good looks and your body, dont do it. |

That is disgusting not to mention very unhealthy. You won't gain weight from one little feast, and even if you did it will shed off right away again if you do not make these feasts a routine.
Do some extra exercises tomorrow if it will give you a peace of mind. |
