Should I run tomorrow?
I ran yesterday and I'm really sore today. I know I will still be sore tomorrow. Should I run again anyway to get my body used to it, or should I rest my legs again?

Maybe not run. Walk, breathe, stretch or dance, but keep moving yes.

run tomorrow your legs get used to it. just make sure you do your stretching. but you don't need that much recovery time for exercise soreness.

ya i think you should so that ur body would get used to it.. its only in the beginning of you starting excersize that you would feel the pain but it becomes more tolerant later on

Why did you run in the first place? If you really need to run,keep running!!! You'll get used to it.If it hurts,rest for just ONE day.

You should run again.
it will get your body used to it.

And it's good for you.

You need to run maybe not as far as you did yesterday!

Rest. You should run one day and than skip a day.

I'd have to say run. Did you stretch after you ran? Sometimes that seems to ease sore muscles.

If you really wnat to do some kind of workout.....instead of running why don't you just walk tomorrow. Let your legs rest a bit and see how they feel the day after plus you would still be getting exercise.

It depends on several things you should consider, are you over weight? Are you running on a hard surface? You can get shin splints which are very painful. Why are you running? If just exercises than I would say no give yourself time to heal and do some type of cross training. Never run great distances of your not at your ideal weight.

Walk tomorrow and run the following day;alternate.

well i really don't have enough info about your ability in that athletic category, but i will give you my best shot. when your really sore you should soak in cold water, yeah i know it can be really hard and i haven't done it yet because i have never been that sore. my dad has done some research and found out that top athlete's soak in cold water after a hard day of exercise actually there is more to that whole thing but whatever i will answer your question.

if this is like your first time running you could have pushed yourself too hard. its good to push yourself but you don't want to overdo it. so maybe you should take it a tad easier if your more of a beginner. i know it is hard because i want to go beyond my level of athletics that im working on, i think i can handle it but then i find myself wearing out as the days go by. that's not the best solution, so i would relax take a cooler shower, (it actually should be ice cold but its miserable to go through that) and rethink how you should train i would run if i were you. well actually maybe if you have some other workouts you can work on and give yourself a balance of running a couple days in the week and maybe doing some other stuff for a couple days a week. keep up the training, i hope this helped you.

You should run! Your muscles are just complaining because they are not use to it yet. But just don't over do it!

It hurts when you start out,thats because we are naturally lazy and our body dosent want to move when we want it to all the time. Tell 'yourself' what to do!A hot bath and streching properly will stop the pain.Remember Mind over Matter!Your 'will power' is stronger than you think.So ask your-self: HOW BAD DO YOU WANT IT?-(looking at the result).

keep running or your body will always be sore when you run...but if you keep running then soon enough your body will stop getting sore...but don't push your self to hard!!!:)

The more you run, the more you are used to it. I say that as you get used to it, you can run more and more to the point at which you can run as long as you want. Keep on those legs.

Run, but take it slowly. You wouldn't be helping your body by hurting it too bad. But you should keep running, even if you need to shorten the running time at first or something. That's what I did and I went from being the slowest kid in my class to one of the faster ones.

stretch tomorrow
then run afterwards

keep running and push yourself, it'll feel good
you'll always be sore if you don't get used to it now. my coach always says muscle memory... if ya do it long enough, it'll come natural.

a couple weeks from now you won't be sore and runnong will feel good...

keep stretching (go stretch right now!!!)
