Ladies....wanna lose weight?
i just finished a hospital program in the bariatric department run by M.d. .
Here's the brief outline of the program:

-1200 calories per day
-64 oz of water per day
-eat every 3-4 hours
-high protien is KEY. It releases a chemical in the brain that tricks you into thinking you do not want sweets thus you crave them MUCH less.

Example of food intake in a day:

- wake up eat a PURE PROTEIN BAR ( 200 calories 19 grams of protein) Drink a large glass of water

- noon: Lean Cuisine (380 calories)
salad w/ fat free dressing, tomatoe, sprinkle of parmesean cheese

Snack- Protien bar water

Dinner- Lean Cuisine & sald

just look for things with low cal and high protien....cottage cheese is GREAT.

Most people in the program lost 60 lbs within 5 months!

You HAVE to eat every 3-4 hours to keep your brain and body in "burn" mode. If you dont.....then your body automatically goes into stavation mode and then anything you put in your mouth while instarvation mode is automatically stored as FAT! Keep it in burn. If you dont feel like eating breakfast then youll throw your self into starvation mode.....you MUST eat breakfast.

And NO NO NO pop! a large pop from a fast food joint is equivilant to 12 Krispy Kream glazed donuts!.

Alwasy be aware of your LIQUID calories. They must be counted in the daily intake of 1200. even coffe creamer. keep a journal.

Calorieking.com is an amazing site to raom around in as well.

Do this and you will watch an average of 5 lbs or more a week come off! I PROMISE!

just me
it is unhealthy to lose more than 2 lbs a week unless you are on a medically supervised program, and while eating every 3-4 hours is good, eating every 5-6 hours will not send oyu into starvation mode.
