i used to do body buildin the odd junk food wont hurt n to build muscle wise eat pasta red meat eggs thing with load ot protein and carbs
nah, as long as you exercise you should be okay. I eat junk all the time but run atleast 3 times a week and do exercise every day for about 30 min. I will typically eat icecream every day or some sort of snack. I have eaten a half of a cheesecake and not gained!! but i always try to portion myself. i'm 5'6 adn weigh 112. So there ya go, you should be okay :) everyone is different though and different foods affect you in different ways.
