 Do you think I eat a lot?
I weigh 98 pounds and am 5'2''. I think I eat like a pig and way too much. Okay so today I ate:

No, it is not. It's very unhealthy and after a while your body goes into starvation mode and you stop losing. Never ever go below 1200 calories a day. I'd calculate your BMR and eat around 80% of that, plus exercise at least 3 times a week.

you will start getting sick and once you have lost weight - first of all you will start being sick when you eat properly because your stomach will reject the food and when you manage to eat a bit of food you will put all the weight back on again. eat healthy - a balanced diet and do 1 hour of exercise a day :)

no...if u starve yourself it makes it harder...the body shuts down cause it does not know when the next meal is going to be...then it will take forever to get you body back on a regular eating scchedual

no. it actually slows down how many calories you burn because you body starts thinking there is a shortage of food so it starts saving the fat. So no, exercise and cutting down on the amount of fattening food you eat is the fastest way (though its not the easiest)

starving yourself is about the worse thing you can do because you will slow your metabolism way down so that when you do eat something your body will want to store it as fat. the best thing you can do is to eat smaller portions of healthy food. fruits and veggies as much as possible.

i eat yogurt with some cereal mixed in for breakfast, have a mid morning snack...usually a piece of fruit. for lunch usually a salad... a snack again of some kind of nuts and then an early dinner and don't eat after 5 or 6.

i have lost around 30 lbs since june following this routine. i wouldn't call it a diet as much as i would call it a change in my habits. i still eat pizza or have the occasional dessert...but i get back to the routine and everything works out. excersize is also important

just find new ways to get yourself moving

i weigh in everday and this helps me to see what is working and what is not (i use the wii fit in order to weigh in but any scale would work)

No, because when you eat again it gains all the weight back, maybe even more than before. Also, it's very unhealthy, and tends to be bad in the long run. Try to avoid it, hovwever, if you want to do it in wrestling, to fit into a weight class, just make sure you eat plenty of carbs (spaghetti lol) te next day. K hope that helped! =D

are you kidding! If you starve yourself all the weight will pile right back on once you eat. It's a pointless weight loss trick.

Starving yourself is very unhealthy, since your body will start to eat your muscles. Just eat a balanced diet and get plenty of exercise.

haha no. not at all. You actualy have to eat more times a day with smaller portions. That way your metabolism will be faster. Of course you have to eat healthy food with low fat and carbs, when someone wants to change their body, eating is 80% of important and exercise is the other 20% You should also do some cardio, at least 30 minutes 5 times a week

No because the last thing you wnat is that. When you starve youself, youe body begins to store fats as a way to preserve, so your body is against itself there. he trick is to eat a lot of small meals (5or6)throughout the day, this way is speeds up the metabolism, and do a lot of cardio excersises(5 times a week for 30 mins, this includes running swimming walking fast, cycling) So for the actual answer, no, the body learns to store fat, so proper excersize and diet are the best way!

Ive been thinking about starving myself to loose weight too. But Unfortunately you loose weight the first week, then you stop for a while then you loose weight again. You body goes into shock and stores every bit of food that you give it. So, if you want it to work, then you cant eat alot at all, and when you reach your desired weight you still cant eat, because your body will store that food and you will gain every pound back, if not more. The fastest way that will work permanently is eating the recommended serving size of food, and lots of excersize. You can loose up to 4 or 5 pounds a week that way. Or you can eat really healthy really really healthy. Either way, it requires alot of excersizing.

when your body isn't getting enough food and it believes that you are starving, it actually goes into storage mode, and it holds onto the fat that you have making it harder to lose weight. Just stick to a healthy diet and exercise program.

According to one study, a diet of 90% fat and 10% protein consisting of 900 calories a day led to more weight loss than subjects who fasted. In the study, half the group at macademia nuts throughout the day for a total of 900 calories and lost more body fat and less muscle for an overall weight loss that beat the fasting group. Not my idea of a good diet but answers your question
