Eat less calories. Drink more water.
Something that is a good exercise without having to go to the gym is walking. I walked 10-15 minutes a day every day randomly and found I lost weight without trying. |

avoid red meat, alcohol, fried food.
control your carbohydrate and fat intake.

eating less jus makesu stroe fat more, jus eat slower than you fill up quicker, drink a pint of water before a meal!!! other than thatdo more jobs round the house, sort the attic out you know, anything physical that dosent feel like exercise!!! ;) |

the only way is to eat fewer calories. There are no "magic beans" to weight loss. |

Avoid foods high in fat and carbohydrates. Increasing your servings of fruits and vegetables and decreasing your meats and sugars will also help, just make sure your still getting the right amount of nutrients into your system.
Otherwise, you could benefit from visiting a dietitian and setting yourself on a low calorie diet. |

You have to exercise to not only lose weight but to tone as you do lose the weight.. If you just lose from a diet then your excess skin will sag and eventually you will gain back all the weight with more. I don't exactly believe in diets but to eat right and exercise. |

you could make yourself puke, eat less, do the jenny craig diet, eat lean meats and a lot of fruit. I recommend the jenny craig diet because it works and the food is good. |

Ok this is no joke but....
Lipodisolve- Injections of needles to disolve the fat cells
These needles aren't as huge as liposuction needles, these needles are like when you get the flu shot.
Something with the word "ultra". It helps you lose 2-3 inches.
This costs money though
Or.... you can wear corsettes, they won't lose the fat but they will shape your body. |

You can loose weight without exercising. My friend does and she is in a wheel chair.
1. You can join a support group, I like TOPS, find one in your area at: www.tops.org
2. I write down everything I eat. A good place to journal is at www.everydayhealth.com after you sign in go to my calorie counter.
This site is awesome, they will tell you how many calories you need to loose weight also.

like they said atkins diet works.. but you cannot let yourself slip on the diet or it will have the reverse effect. =]. Diet. Eat as many fresh fruits and veggies! These are negative calorie foods. They have calories, but your digestive system burns more calories changing them to waste than the foods have to begin with. Lettuce, carrots, grapes, all fresh fruit/veggies.. try to find the ones you can eat without anything else added to them (if you only eat carrots with ranch, eat grapes instead or something else you eat plain) |

You have to work out.. move, walk, anything. Or don't eat. You can't just lay there and expect to lose weight if you keep stuffing yourself. didn't you see that man who was 1,048 lbs? He couldn't even turn over, or go to the bathroom and lay in bed for 4 years... and only ate. |

Your going to have to eat less and more healthy stuff, try a slim fast or somethign to curb your cravings and maybe not exercise but try walking more, like park further away from the mall or walk places that you would normally. I cut out snacking when I wanted to lose a few pounds. |
